Air conditioning is optional and available for $25/day at the resort. All reservations are subject to Hawaii's Transient Occupancy Tax upon check-out, which is approximately $17.80/day. This is in addition to the transient accommodations tax and sales tax collected on VRBO’s platform. Onsite parking is free.

We had a group of 8 stay at this condo in Princeville and it was in a great location and we had plenty of room for our group. The kids loved having the pool near by and the adults loved having the hot tub near by. We were a short drive from the beaches too. I would definitely recommend this rental if you are looking for a great place to stay in Princeville!

We loved the resort. Our kids wanted to swim at the pool more, but we spent most of our time exploring Kauai.
