Very clean and very well maintained condo. Kitchen in particular was well stocked with everything we needed. Bathroom a bit small but clean adequate for 2 people. Bed comfortable. View of the ocean from the lanai and easy access to small quiet beach was the highlight. The grounds are beautiful with the tropical plants and trees. A basic service request for an exterior bulb outage was addressed very promptly. Overall, highly recommend this condo.

The location of the apartament is excelent. On the beach. Ocean front view. You listen to the ocean. Very clean, well equiped. Recomend for stay.
We love Kapaa Sands and have stayed approximately 10 times. This was our first time in this unit. It was extremely clean with upgrades, the only thing we did not like was the fact that the bed was queen size and had very scratchy sheets. There is no need for the large bedside tables or lamps. Smaller tables and hard wired reading lights on each side of the bed would be better. Also the chairs to sit in were extremely uncomfortable. We mostly sat on the patio which was amazing. The umbrella and chairs were broken but we emailed and had brand new nice ones on our porch within a few hours, amazing customer service. We would definitely stay again but would suggest a larger bed and nicer sheets

Unhurried lifestyle takes place at Kapa’a Sands. Lush gardens and great views. Barbecue area at the pool. Simple accommodations well done.
Everything was perfect for our stay. It was walking distance to the beach and shopping. The studio was immaculately clean and well appointed with everything we need it. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The grounds were also very clean and well cared for. I highly recommend this location.
The room was clean and well maintained with a great view. Private beach, we never saw more than a couple other people. Easy to get to and conveniently located. Easy to get to all areas of the island. We would definitely stay here again!!
