COVID19 CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:
CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:
1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply
2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.
3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.
4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the ...

The property is in a great location. It was a quick walk to the beach, pools and mall. The unit is fully equipped with everything our family needed for a hassle-free and fun-filled getaway.

We’ve stayed at the Wailea Beach Villas before, so we knew how much we liked the property. However, this specific condo was perfection. Plenty of open space with all of the accommodations needed for a great trip to Maui! Perfect for larger families or group of friends.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. Everyone said hi in passing and we enjoyed the property’s pool, beachside service and amenities. Amazing location and wonderful get away.

A lovely villa with wrap-around open living, three suites, gourmet kitchen and immediate private parking. The very best in vacationing. And you look at the silly folk at the Hotel next door paying $1300 for a standard room and laugh as you are enjoying a three bedroom luxury villa, shared amongst three couples, at the same spend.
Our favorite parts of the WBVillas by far are the Adult pool, direct access to the Shoppes and direct access to the beach.
Management and staff are always top notch. Will be back as we always do.

The unit had a great layout and was overall very nice. Furnishings were a bit dated but still nice! The location of the unit was excellent, just a short walk to the adult pool and the beach. I would stay there again!

This is a beautiful property overall with a great location to the ocean, Wailea shops and many restaurants .
The property has an adult pool area near the ocean and a family pool closer to the
lobby ….
The property is very well maintained and the staff is very helpful
The unit we stayed in provided everything we needed . It is very spacious and sits fairly close to the ocean
Parking is easy although we walked everywhere we went during our stay
I would suggest this property and this beautiful unit for couples or groups
