We had a wonderful stay at the Wailea beach villas. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach right in front of the villas is perfect for kayaking, SUP, and snorkeling right off of the beach. The pools were picture perfect and the penthouse was a dream. We were a family of 7. 6 adults over 21 and a 9 month old. There was enough space for all of us and we enjoyed staying in and cooking over going out to the nearby restaurants (there are a ton to choose from)! We would absolutely stay again. It was the family vacation we all needed! Thank you!
The house was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful! It was a wonderful stay. It was a bit of a walk to the beach (around 7-10 minutes) for my 83 year old mom, but the staff was very willing to drive her up and down in the golf cart. The beach was beautiful! The shopping center next door was very convenient. I would stay here again!
We had such a wonderful time on Maui. This was the perfect spot for my family (2 adults, 4 kids - 11, 8, 7, 5). Susan was amazing, incredibly helpful. The condo unit had everything you could ever need - our mouths about fell in the floor when we saw the Vitamix and couldn’t get over the double fridge. The amenities of the Villas were top notch - concierge, golf cart service, parking, housekeeping, bell service, text service, deliveries - all went above and beyond. Our only complaint is it would be better for the family pool to be the one by the beach. The pool by the main lobby was small, far from the beach, and my kids got rashes from the water.
Property is immaculate. Staff is super friendly and helpful with beach chairs.Close to a good amount of great restaurants. All within walking distance for young kids. Susan the property owner js a great communicator and host.

After many times on Maui, this was our first time staying at the Wailea Beach Villas and simply put, there are too many great things to say about our stay and property! The condo was as described and then some...ideal location, clean, ocean views, secure, spacious. As we were leaving, our only real question left to ask was "when can we move in?!?"
This is the perfect property for a family vacation in Maui. My wife and I brought our adult children with their significant others. Each couple having their own bedroom and bath made getting ready for a night out or cleaning up after a day on the beach easy. We had plenty of room for family time and places for privacy when we wanted some time apart. The kitchen had everything we needed when eating in and with two refrigerators their was plenty of room for food and drinks.The location is fantastic - easy access to the beach, Shops at Wailea, and a short drive to Kihei.We had such an amazing time that the trip flew by. We truly did not want to leave and would definitely rent this unit again in the future.
great location so nice to walk to the beach and to the Shops and enjoy some lounge chairs there (they set them up after 8am unfortunately and remove at 4pm). the pool by the beach is amazing but adult only (you should forbid alcohol drinks IN the pool this is disgusting). the apartment size was perfect for our family with very well equipped kitchen and with some gifts for our arrival (banana bread, chocolate, Taro chips) thank you! we had the penthouse J205 and two of the rooms were facing the Shops/mall and it was a bit loud from the restaurant's music every night. bracelets for access were so much better than cards.
Everything about this place was incredible! Great location, very clean, lots of amenities, excellent communication and everyone was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!
We keep coming back to this same property, because this special place has it all. The villas have all the amenities of a hotel (pool, hot tub, fitness center, beach), and the condo itself has a fully stocked kitchen. The unit is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The owner was in constant communication and responded to my questions in record time. The location is unbeatable - easy and close access to the beach and to the Shops at Wailea. Thank you so much for a lovely vacation!!! We hope to return again next year.

Excellent location, luxurious space and amenities.
Everything about the grounds and unit were gorgeous and well appointed, with a minor complaint about the difficulty of the assigned parking spot (though bonus for being indoors!). Our 2 kids (a girl and boy middle schoolers) were ecstatic with their own en suite beds/baths and the balcony had amazing views for being on the 2nd floor. The pools were warm and inviting and the proximity to both Wailea beach and the Shops at Wailea was so convenient. We wished we could stay longer as we felt so luxurious yet comfortable. We hope to return soon!
The condo was very clean and well stocked. The description is accurate but leaves out a few things that were a wonderful surprise. Great views, comfortable beds, amazing experience at the resort like setting.
We’ve been to Maui several times but this is our first time at Wailea Beach Villas and the perfect location. We brought family members, we all loved the location, it was a short walking distance to the pools, the best beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our penthouse had all the luxuries and comfort of home, we would definitely return to this location.
I brought my sons to enjoy a quiet few days and this place has it all. Close to the beach, adult only pool, across the street from the Shops at Wailea,
amd plenty of space to spread out.
Our family of 5 stayed at Susan’s beautiful property in July 2024 and we can’t wait to return. Everything was perfect and Susan is an amazing host.
The place was wonderful! The location was excellent and the amenities were perfect for our family. We explored all of Maui and agreed that this is the exact place we would want to return.

We absolutely love WBV and this unit was impeccable. It was perfectly maintained and appointed. We love the opportunity to cook in a few nights and play cards on the lanai before strolling the walking path. We look forward to returning next year!

We loved this condo! The location couldn’t be better for small kids since we were so close to the beach. There were plenty of amenities so we could really get comfortable and the management/staff here is very accommodating. We had the best time!

Also, we had one little issue with the AC. We called the front desk and they had the maintenance crew out to our condo within 15 minutes and the problem resolved in less than an hour.
I could not give this place a better recommendation!

Property management on-site was extremely responsive - the bbq grill on the lanai was broken when we arrived, but was fixed the same day we reported the issue.
We would stay again, and hope that will be sooner than later!
