2nd time staying at this property and still an amazing stay. Responsiveness of owner and property managers leading up to the trip or during was very quick.

Our stay at Maui Breeze Retreat was perfect! It is an incredible place- with every amenity you can think of! Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked! We were a group of 7 adults and we all slept well- beds were very comfy! The location is perfect too- just a short walk to the beach and all your beach supplies are provided-towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. The view from the lanai is lovely. I also need to add that Eric- property contact on Maui, was so kind and attentive. He answered any questions i had and was able to handle a couple minor issues very quickly. This is the perfect place for a big group and we will stay here again if, no when we visit again!Thanks for everything!

This was a fantastic stay for our family. Plenty of room for everyone, top notch furnishing and appliances/kitchen gadgets (including some I don't have at home and now need to get!). The townhome was even better than we expected- better quality, super clean, well stocked.Steve and team did an outstanding job, first in all the communication between Steve and myself, then with the local team, accommodating our check-in needs and quickly responding to a very minor issue we had. Couldn't have asked for more.This is a great home to book!

This property proved to be the perfect location for our family vacation as it provided everything we could possibly want! We come to the Island for the Views of the Ocean ...This place has a beautiful view of the ocean where we were able to see whales and stunning sunsets! We like to be in a quieter, cleaner area during our stays which this property fit that requirement perfectly. The townhouse was well appointed, very clean, comfortable, and had 3 perfect living quarters for the whole family to have private escapes when needed. The location was perfect being within walking distance of several great restaurants, golf, a market, coffee, and of course the beach...yes walking distance to spend any amount of time you want with your toes in the sand!

Beautiful home! Great location! We had a great week on our annual family vacation, this was our first with new babies. We ran into a small issue when checking in, but all was taken care of quickly. We are planning on doing this trip every year and hope to be able to stay in same home again!
This property is amazing. Views of the sunset were incredible and the unit is outfitted with everything you need to head to the beach. 8 folding chairs, boggie boards, umbrellas and a wagon to haul it all. Also a large Yeti cooler on wheels.
The property was even better in person and obviously well cared for. It was spacious, well appointed, and had an excellent Wailea location. Would gladly stay again. Thank you for such a memorable trip!

We've stayed at Hoolei many times - usually through the Grand Wailea. Did this one through VRBO - at a much better value. The villa was wonderful, very clean. Steve, the owner, was extremely responsive throughout the search, booking, and stay. Would highly recommend!
My family of 6 had an awesome stay at this villa. The villa is beautiful, has tons of space, and is well equipped for whatever we needed. Steve was also a very helpful and accommodating host. We hope to be able to go back to Maui again, and would definitely want to stay in this villa again.

We had a wonderful time at this Maui villa! The house is huge, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The views from our lanai were amazing, especially at sunset. Communication was great, from check in to check out. We had a small issue with the garage access code and it was fixed quickly for us. Our only suggestion is that the kitchen could be stocked with more basics like foil, olive oil, condiments, etc. There were a ton of dishes, bakeware, and tupperware which was very helpful, but having to buy some of those things seemed wasteful since we were only staying a week. Overall we had an amazing time and hope to come back soon!
My family of 5 stayed at Steve’s place for 9 days. Before booking I read all of the reviews about this property and thought how can every single one be so perfectly positive. Well now I know why - - the house is just fantastic. Great location, great pool, great views, great host. You will not be disappointed in any way. I can’t even think of a single negative thing about the whole experience. Once you open up the sliding doors the entire house feels like it’s outdoors! We had a slight mishap with a broken ceramic turtle and Steve was very gracious about it. Read the rest of the reviews - - this place is a little bit of heaven.
Everything about our stay was top notch, from the check in process to the accommodations themselves. Just a beautiful property in the middle of a beautiful setting. My family and I could not have been more pleased. Just a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maui Breeze Retreat. The lodging was beautiful, clean, well stocked and had a lovely ocean view. Communication with the owner and on-island manager was top-notch. The complex was very quiet and extremely well kept. Wailea itself was a dream… long sandy beaches, snorkeling offshore and many conveniences at a shopping center a short walk away. We loved it!
