Weather was a bit cooler than we anticipated. And during the rainy times it was nice to sit in the covered Lanai. If you are looking for a sun deck and a large pool this is not the place. If you want to stay in a beautiful estate with private awesome views then this is the place!

A great location, and truly stunning view. The layout of the house is nice for three couples providing excellent privacy with bedrooms on opposite wings, and plenty of space to enjoy together inside or out. Sink and shower fixtures are poor quality and difficult to adjust. Pots and pans are very scratched up old non-stick stuff that is of questionably safety to cook on, and the bathrooms need more hooks!

The home was amazing! It had everything we needed. This was by far the best place we’ve stayed. It was complete paradise, being able to see the ocean and hear the waves crashing, to see the mountains and waterfalls was beautiful. Also being surrounded by all the lush trees and plants made us feel like we were in the jungle. I would highly recommended staying here!!

My family has stayed in this gorgeous home three times over the last 6 years and it always feels like home to us. Beautiful house, tastefully adorned and all the accompaniments you could ask for. Awakening in this master bedroom is awe inspiring as is a bath in the master bathroom and even your morning toilet yields spectacular views (if you dare to leave the door open). Downstair bedrooms are spaced such that are two adult kids and their significant others have their own beautiful and private space. Kitchen has everything you need including the aforementioned views. The backyard, highlighted by the infinity dipping pool, leaves you speechless. We all spend time just sitting and gawking at the view, often not a word uttered as we take in the majesty of it all. Great bbq, ping pong is always a blast in the garage, bikes and beach equipment galore. We will be back!

This home was idyllic. Beautifully perched over a beautiful garden with stunning views of Hanalei Bay and mountains beyond with varying sunsets each evening. While conveniently located to Princeville and Hanalei, and within its own community of residences, it feels completely private. The house is solid, comfortable, and well-designed and equipped. A complete pleasure.

My family and I had an amazing vacation in Kauai. This property and location was perfect and the views especially in the master bedroom are a dream come true. I can view the stars from the master bedroom on a clear night. The beds were also very comfortable and we all slept well during our stay. My family enjoyed the infinity pool and the views of the mountains. My parents enjoyed walking around the garden and fruit trees. This location is about 1 mile away from Hideaway Beach and Queens Bath. Would highly recommend and consider returning in the future.
