Amazing Ocean View 4 bedroom/4.5 baths with AC!

Lovely home in Princeville near beach access. The home worked especially well for us traveling with elderly individuals who appreciated the zero entry walkway. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 8.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property. The home was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy.One of the things we appreciated most was how family friendly the home was. There were plenty of toys for our child to enjoy, which made traveling much easier. The property was also stocked with beach chairs and other beach supplies, which was a huge bonus and saved us from having to bring or rent our own.The location was fantastic, just a short 10 to 15 minute drive to Hanalei Bay, making it easy to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and shops while still having a peaceful place to return to. We also loved seeing the adorable baby albatrosses along the street, which was such a unique and memorable part of our stay.The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. We were also impressed by the size of the refrigerator and freezer lol; they were the largest we’ve ever seen in a vacation rental and provided plenty of space for groceries and drinks.Overall, a fantastic experience in a clean, comfortable home with thoughtful amenities. We would gladly stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at this Princeville home. Beautiful property, neighborhood and view. The home was large (huge master, but all rooms were very generous) and well appointed. We enjoyed the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella and cooler). We also loved being close to Hanalei Bay…amazing!!! Thanks for a great stay.

Rosi was such a fantastic host who went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & that everything was to our liking. She even allowed us to check in early when our flight was changed by the airline ladt minute. The home is beautiful & in a stunning location. I wish i would have done a little more research myself because on the last day we disvovered a wonderful hidden beach 5 min from the property & a much closer market! Princeville is very remote from the rest of the island/activities but if you are looking for peace & quiet, this is the place to book! Also, we loved watching the Albatross "baby" nesting in the front yard & we were careful not to disturb the beautiful bird. We can't wait to come back! Thank you Rosi!!!

The house was perfect for my family of 5, in a lovely residential area, close to the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and spacious with lovely views of the ocean. Rosi was a great host and answered all my questions promptly. We hope to be back !

We had a wonderful stay in this Princeville home for our family vacation on Kauai! It has all the amenities we needed, is super clean and beautifully appointed, and is well located near beaches and Hanalei. Rosie is super attentive and answered all my questions before and during our stay.

The property is beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Everything we needed was there including coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. Rosie promptly answered all my messages and was super helpful.

Had a great stay with friends. The house has high ceilings, was very clean and in a wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood near the Makai course clubhouse.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. We especially loved hearing the waves crash below as we went to sleep at night.

Such a fantastic experience. The house was just as pictured. The two upstairs bedrooms (suites) both accessed the balcony for a gorgeous view of the ocean. We had all the kids downstairs and the adults upstairs. Worked perfect for 2 families. Thx Rossi for being so responsive to all our questions about the island!

This is a very nice house in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. And yet, you are within short driving distance from countless amazing Kauai things to do. We had a wonderul stay. The host is responsive and helpful.

Everything was great. Spacious kitchen that is fully stocked. Pretty entryway with garden. First time staying in Princeville and it was nice.

This was a beautiful home to stay in. , had a ton of room , great views of the ocean and a very quite neighborhood. Property owner was very responsive with any questions we had and quite lovely to talk to. I would highly recommend this rental for any family or group. We hope to visit again soon

Everything about the house, Rosi ( the host), and the location were great and honestly couldn’t be better. The house is very well laid out, kitchen is big, well stocked, and the appliances are very nice. The bedrooms, and bathrooms are all good sizes and well appointed; the master is extremely nice with a large shower and walk in closet. My wife said this is the cleanest place we have ever stayed and she keeps a spotless house so that is saying a lot. The house is located in a very nice community that is very safe; all the houses are nice, well kept, and with manicured yards. The host was extremely nice, helpful, and easy to get hold of when we had questions about the house or things we should do while we were there. We would definitely want to stay here again if we ever make it back to Kauai.
