This 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom main house and detached one bedroom/one bath guest cottage make this the perfect place for extended families. It is also possible just to rent the main 3 bedroom home! Please inquire for details and pricing.

We loved this house. It was in a great location. 1/2 hour from airport and all major shopping. Close to small town shopping. There was plenty of room for me and my husband and our 3 grown children and significant others. As in previous reviews, it could only be made better by the addition of air-conditioning. Specifically in the garage apartment. It was just too hot. The house does have some wear and tear. But typical of a house on the ocean. We played in the pool every night under the stars. The Milk-Way sat above us. It was the perfect temperature and so magical. There were sea turtles outside the front and even some of the most magnificent rainbows ever seen. A very special trip.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at Kukui'Ula Kai! It was literally the perfect home for our family to vacation together. It was a beautiful and comfortable home with all the amenities we are used to. The lanai and backyard were absolutely out favorite place to spend time! We hope to be able to rent again in September 2024 for a wedding we will be attending.

Great location. Great pool (not heated, but ok in December) and outdoor space. Lots of space inside with comfortable furniture. Sea breezes and fans counteract lack of a/c, although space above garage gets a little warm (even in December). The pool looks very new. The rest of the house is clean and tidy, although the wear and tear of the marine environment is evident in places. We had a great time!

Once again we were not disappointed in our stay at a property managed by Garden Island Rentals. The home and cottage were incredible and perfect for our party of six. While we went on numerous adventures, we were reluctant to give up time on the lanai to do so. The furnishings in the home and on the lanai are equal to the view; and that says just about everything!We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend their vacation in extremely plush surroundings.We love Garden Island Rentals!

It is always easy working with Garden Island Rentals. The Kukuiula Kai was a perfect spot for our group of senior families celebrating spring break. Our two families staying at the house loved getting up every morning sitting on the lanai and drinking our coffee. We saw dolphins, whales, and even a monk seal. Such a relaxing and beautiful location. We will definitely be back.

An amazing location in a quiet (other than the roosters!), location away from the bustle of tourists. A wonderful walk to Spouting Horn or the Botanical Gardens or along the path to a close-by shopping area. House was perfect for a large family with great ventilation and lots of room to spread out. Towels and linens were wonderful, garden and pool were lovely and well maintained. House needs some maintenance and being right on the water really takes a toll on things. But rental company very responsive to get things resolved. My only suggestion would be for longer term rentals to include cleaning once weekly in contract.
