We had a truly fantastic stay at this property. The house itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean that we never got tired of. Every room was incredibly well appointed — even down to the mattress quality, which made for wonderfully comfortable nights. The space was more than enough for the 8 guests we had with us, giving everyone room to relax without ever feeling crowded.The outdoor area was a highlight — the pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after our long days of hiking and exploring. The location was also excellent: the beach was just a short 7–8 minute drive away, and there were plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby, which we took full advantage of.Overall, this was an outstanding experience. The combination of the home’s comfort, amenities, and location made it one of the best stays we’ve had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Kauai.
Absolutely fantastic stay!The villa was even more beautiful than the photos – spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The views were stunning, the pool and spa a dream, and everything was perfectly set up for a relaxing family vacation. We loved the quiet neighborhood and easy access to Poipu Beach. Highly recommended – we’d come back in a heartbeat!
House had an amazing view, living space perfectly suited for us, eating outside all the time, pool and hot tub just perfect for our family. Bedroom arrangements were also perfect for us- 2 parents with 3 young kids split between two bedrooms, 1 couple in the guest house, and myself and my daughter in a bedroom together.
Some details that might be helpful for future guests:
It might not be obvious from photos that there’s no big indoor dining table. It worked out just fine for us to fit all the adults at the big round table on the covered porch, while little kids were at the kitchen island for meals, but others might have an issue.
The A/C in the guesthouse was broken. We notified the house manager, and she said they had meant to order the part to fix it but hadn’t gotten it in time. It was thanksgiving week, so getting it fixed never happened. We aren’t huge A/C people, and the weather was pretty mild, so it was warm but not a huge issue. Could be for others who are hot sleepers!
The water pressure was pretty low, so the folks with long hair had a hard time fully washing the suds off. The bathrooms were quite large and nice besides, though!
The house management was communicative and prompt. We requested an early check-in which they allowed. That was great!
Property was absolutely beautiful. Proximity to town was great and the location on island was perfect for us. Layout of the house was ideal for our family and it was so clean! Stacey was great to work with. So happy we stayed here and will come again🌺
Very pretty home and in a great location. The home is laid out well. The outside patio deck was our favorite. Pool is a great size for pool fun.
If you are looking for Paradise, you have found it! This house is a 10/10 for its beauty, amenities, and location. The house is spacious (well laid out for us / my family) and has a gorgeous lanai and pool with spectacular ocean views! The host was easy to coordinate with and very available/responsive (and there is a local property manager nearby who was friendly & helpful). Everything was as advertised and a true 5 star!
Gorgeous home! We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The grounds were beautiful and so peaceful and you can’t beat the ocean views. The pictures really don't do the views justice, they are spectacular! The location was perfect for our family, close to the airport, beaches, restaurants, etc. The homeowner was so responsive and helpful and made our trip seamless. We had the best family vacation and can not wait to come back to this amazing home again. Exactly what I would hope for in a luxury rental.
