Unit B1B has been completely remodeled to include new appliances and every amenity you could ask for. The kitchen includes a spacious 12 foot granite counter top with seating and views of the pool from outside our family room complete with a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also an additional stone patio outside the master bedroom that provides more outside living space to relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical gardens of the property and breathe in the ocean breeze.
Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of unit. Dirty dishes in cupboard, fan blades extremely dirty, mold in shower, grout needs deep cleaning, landscape needs to be trimmed as view is diminishing, lots of bird droppings on walkway (we cleaned ours)

Had a wonderful time staying here. Access to the “private” beach is great. Had some large surf when we were there but were able to do some good snorkelling on the calmer days.Having such close access to the pools was great. Kids would go swimming while we made dinner usually using the great bbq near the pool. Condo is well equipped with pots and pans knives etc. beds were comfortable even the pull out bed which seem to be a queen size. There were a few beach items available, beach chair umbrella boogie board. And there was some more stuff available from the condo that previous guest had left.Would definitely look to come back some day.
