The Stonehouse is built on a point of land that has a 180 degree white water ocean view. The home sleeps up to eight people and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is adjacent to a white sand beach. The kitchen has a large picture window and comes equipped with a microwave oven and dishwasher. The dining and living room areas have a spectacular panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean which allows for hours of whale (seasonal) and sea turtle watching. The Stonehouse also comes with cable T.V., DVD and a stereo. As of January 2020 we are pleased to announce that the 3 bedrooms now have air conditioning! No air conditioning available in living room or kitchen area. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, and 2 Daybeds in living room. AC is ONLY in bedrooms.

The home is absolutely beautiful, open airy with wall to floor windows that allow sunrise to sunset ocean views, The expansive yard and huge lanai are perfect for relaxing playing football with grandchildren or simply sitting reading and enjoying the phenomenal view. The home is decorated with gorgeous hand crafted Koa wood sofa and tables and has very comfortable beds and linens. The staff at Garden Island are so friendly and respond immediately to any needs or questions you have.Thank you to the family for sharing their beautiful special home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our wedding and honeymoon spot. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay on the island at The Stonehouse. It could not have been more perfect. The second day of our stay we married on the lawn in front of the ocean. Two mornings in a row we saw a giant school of dolphins on our porch. The beach is just barely a minute walk from our porch. Everything was provided for at our house. We only had to pick up some snacks and a few drinks. The house was clean and well taken care of. Most tourist attractions are a short commute from the house. The Spouting horn is just a 3 minute drive. Some of the best restaurants are located on the south shore so you may only drive 5 -10 minutes at most to these places. We absolutely loved Stevens Library at the Grand Hyatt it was just 5 minutes away. I highly recommend this place. It made for some precious memories for me and my husband.
