Great place to stay with a family- especially adult children with husbands. Lots of space and really loved the lanai and being so close to the pool!
Great location near the beach. We were able to walk to the nearby beach which had options for both the young kids in our family and the older kids who wanted to boogie board. The beach/pool amenities were perfect. We also loved that the unit had supplies for our 1.5 yr old which made traveling so much easier. The in-unit washer and dryer was a game changer. The unit was clean and spacious, perfect for a family/large group! Host was also very responsive, checked in a few times and was prompt to address any questions we had! Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back again!
Poipu Kai E300 made for a wonderful stay in Poipu. Property was as described and all 7 of us had plenty of room. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The location gave us easy access to the local beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions. We could not have been happier. The elevator to the entrance is a great plus ! No hauling luggage and groceries up a long stairway. After returning from the beach we also enjoyed the pool.
We were a family of 6 and this rental was perfect in every way! Walking distance to a couple of restaurant, walking distance to Brennekes and Poitou beaches, large unit with washer dryer for wet swimsuits! The beach equipment (umbrellas, boogie boards, wagon, and beach chairs) were perfect for the day at the beach! The added cooler gave us something to pack lunches and cold drinks in! Beds were super comfy! We had everything we needed! Thanks for a great place to lay our heads while enjoying the beauty of the island! We would highly recommend this rental!
My family absolutely loved the Villa - it was the perfect rental for our extended family of 8. The location was amazing with quick access to Poipu or Shipwreck beaches using the greenbelt path. The large balcony was a great place to unwind during the day, and for family dinners in the evening. We appreciated having access to a hot tub. All in all, we cherished our time at the Villa and would love to return one day!
Large, functional, greenbelt located, condominium in sunny Poipu. Excellent walking access to beaches and sunsets. Central to explore the entire island. Family enjoyed the community spaces, gym, and pool.

We loved the condo. Very spacious for the ten of us, spacious rooms with private and elegant baths, inside and outside dining spaces were great. Patio areas open to the beautiful weather and scenery. It's location to the beach and cliffs was perfect without a lot of foot traffic. Very private. Easy access to the pool and hot tub. Was thankful for access to beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. in the storage unit. We loved the accommodations. Couldn't have wanted a lovelier place.

Excellent
First time in this unit (E300). Second time staying in a large unit inside these Poipu Villas complex. The size and cleanliness was much appreciated. The check-in process was as easy as receiving entry information a few days before, via text. Plenty of information was provided with QR code for the unit. I had only one reason to contact the property manager (Mike). He was very responsive. Considerations: the garage access was great, however, you share the garage with another unit. This was a bit unclear. We needed to track down rental gear that was removed from the garage from the other units’ tenants. I hope to vacation in Kauai again soon. I will certainly try to stay in unit E300.
This was my 1st time using Vrbo & the process was so easy. We traveled to Kauai to celebrate my 50th birthday. The place was perfect for 9 of us. We had everything we needed in the unit plus some. Communication with Mike was great. He answered any questions I had promptly. Would recommend & would book again with a large party.

We loved staying at the Villas, it was a great location and worked perfect for our family of 9 (6 adults, 1 toddler, 2 babies). We loved having the full kitchen and laundry in the unit.
The beach supplies were fantastic!! My grandkids loved all the sand and pool toys. There were plenty of chairs, umbrella & a cooler.
The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated having two pack n play’s for our grandbabies.

Well appointed condo and comfortable stay in Southern Kaua’i.
We had a group of 5 people, lots of room in the Villa. Kitchen had pots, pans, regular coffee maker, filters, utensils. Working washer and dryer and AC worked great. Will definitely book again!
This property was a beautiful place to stay for our party of 8. Especially appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, and other beach gear. Mahalo!
The condo was exactly as pictured and perfect for our family of 8. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The a/c worked well, too. The elevator inside the condo came in handy especially when unloading our luggage and groceries. Mike was a great host. Always responded quickly to all my questions. Our grandsons enjoyed the pool and playing pickleball. We all enjoyed the walking paths. The location is the best. We were minutes from the beach, zip lining, ATV excursion, old town where there are numerous shops, and the fresh fruit stand (the mango smoothie was my favorite). We also enjoyed the luau show at the Sheraton which was minutes away. Our grandsons loved the adventure helicopter ride (doors off) where they said the view of the canyon was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mike for sharing your great condo with us.

This our second stay in this unit and it works really well for the 10 of us. Love the large porch for eating and having the pool below. Michael and Surrey responded quickly to any questions.
Accommodated 6 adults quite comfortably. Very clean and well located. Pool and bbq area was great.
