Walk among 3 Hawaiian Kings who lived in the beautiful area of Keauhou, Kona. This gated, 16 acre resort style complex boasts a meticulously maintained tropical landscape, 3 lit tennis courts, large pool, covered pavillions with BBQs, and grass volleyball court.

1-101 is a private, ground floor, corner unit with wrap around lanai, grassy lawn, and ocean views to get lost in. This unit has undergone gorgeous renovations including acacia hardwood floors, brand new stainless steel appliances, full sized washer and dryer, Amazon Echo Alexa device and state of the art split-zoned AC. The quality furnishings, totally renovated kitchen (2023), custom Gyotaku (fish print art), and tasteful Hawaiiana decor is all part of your luxury cultural experience. The "Mauka" or mountainside bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large closet, and a view of the slopes of Hualalai. The "Makai" or oceanside bedroom offers classic shoji doors, king-sized bed and access to the oceanfront lanai.

Located within the complex are several archaeological sites significant to the Hawaiian culture. This condo shares a boundary line with one of them. The structural remains of King Kamehameha The Great's first home on the island of Hawaii, where he lived, worshiped and led council. While relaxing outside, in the island breeze, you can feel the "Mana" or supernatural-force left behind by these ancient places.

Watch for whales in winter, walk to nearby Kahalu'u Beach Park for world class snorkeling, or venture out to the countless attractions that the Big Island of Hawaii has to offer. A five minute drive to La'aloa (White Sands Beach), or a 2 hour drive to Hilo or Volcano, and everything in between will have you enjoying memories of your time here forever.

This property is comfortable, very nicely furnished, beautiful artwork, newly furnished kitchen- all making for very comfortable stay. Management so nice to work with. A jewel! I would rent again!

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo! I did read the reviews and knew that it would be nice, but we were blown away by the view! The condo has definitely been updated and they did not spare expenses. Everything is nicely done. The condo feels very private because it is in the corner so there’s not a lot of traffic in the front. The family/ dining area and master have an epic view. Very very comfy and cozy. Highly recommend.

The condo was clean and very well stocked (with a view this beautiful you will want to eat every meal on the lanai watch the sun set or the water pound the black lava rocks! ). The pool and tennis courts were great and the wifi was super-fast. The location could not have been better - right on the water with the sun setting under a palm tree right - but also near a shopping center and central to lots of great snorkeling places. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was a huge benefit the hot week we were there! Abby was a helpful and responsive host, although everything was so well prepared and clearly communicated, we hardly interacted with her at all! Overall, great place to stay for our active and adventuresome family of 4!

A nice location and beautiful view of the ocean from every room. The sea breezes keep the property cool and the sound of the waves lull you to sleep at night. It’s a very comfortable, quiet place to stay with amenities such as tennis, pickleball, pool, ping pong, and friendly folks. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful condo very well stocked with everything one might need. Killer views saw Whales right off coast. Even though condo was mostly cool, AC was perfect after long hot day at beach. Thank you very much and we will beback.
