This was our second stay at this property. We are a family of 6 and had my parents join us. This property is perfect for our needs. Had everything and more we could want and is wonderfully maintained. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, and a pack and play for our toddler. The owners were super responsive and when we did have one small issue, the property manager was prompt to respond and made himself available in no time. We absolutely love this location and the amenities and our favorite part is taking advantage of the hotels nearby. We get to enjoy the beaches, beautiful pool but also have plenty of space to relax. Thank you again for another memorable trip to the Big Island, we cannot wait to return once more!

We spent a week at Erika's condo on the Big Island in early April. Great access to Mauna Kea and Hapuna resorts (we got the package allowing full access) and beaches! Tons of space in the condo for our family of 4. Easy drive to a few towns, many restaurants, and grocery store...all with 20 mins.

We loved staying at this property. It's conveniently located across from the Mauna Kea and Hapuna properties. We went to the Mauna Kea daily and loved it. We've stayed in this development before and were familiar with the layout. This property was decorated very nicely and located right by the communal pool/gym. The decor was great and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of utensils, wine glasses, etc. Erica and the property manager were in contact if we needed it, but we only had a few questions otherwise all the information given prior to arrival was easy to follow. We were traveling with a family of five including three teens kids. Two other families that had nearby properties which made it super fun for the teens and parents to hang out. Highly recommend would definitely stay again!

My family just returned from our 8 night stay in beautiful Hawaii. Our family of 6, including our 3 kids and my Mom, had the perfect amount of space. We loved the layout and the outdoor grill and patio. The beds are so comfortable I actually slept well on vacation, which is not easy for me! Erika was a dream to work with, so flexible, responsive and helpful. She gave me lots of great tips for enjoying the island with kids and is just a really kind person. We also had a great experience with her house manager who was also very responsive and helpful. We loved having access to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, it is a 5 minute drive with parking included in the Amenity Package. It was very busy over Spring Break! We have been to the hotel many times over the years and it was the busiest we have ever seen it, but I guess everyone else was looking for sun like us! I highly recommend this beautiful place to call home while you visit the Big Island!

Our family had the best time visiting Hawaii and staying at this beautiful villa. Centrally located between the two resorts, it was the perfect distance away to enjoy two incredible beaches on the Big Island! Our kids enjoyed the open floor plan - and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely return!

Beautiful condo with plentiful amenities and access to Mauna Kea and hapuna beach resorts. Plenty of space, gorgeous views and grounds. Definite upgrade to staying at hotel. Owner was easy to communicate with and pleasant.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The owner is especially helpful and nice. The property manager is responsive also. 6 minute drive to Mauna Kea Resort and other resorts and shops that are close by. Had a great time!

We were so thankful for the opportunity to stay in this home. It was incredibly large and comfortable and had ample room for us to spread out, as a family with 3 little kiddos. We were able to use both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna properties and we absolutely loved how easy and convient they both were. We also used the condo facilities which were gorgeous one day and wished we had more time to spend there! The homeowner was wonderful to work with and her on-island manager was kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and would strongly recommend to anyone staying in this area!
