When you walk through the doors of this 1 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo you will notice that the lanai has a magnificent view of the ocean and comfortable lounge chairs on which to relax and enjoy the scenery. Your living room comes furnished with lots of comfortable seating and a flat screen television for enjoying a movie at the end of the day. You can keep up with anything you might need to at the office with our free Wi-Fi. Your kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances you will need to whip up a home cooked meal or just a quick breakfast in the morning. We give you plenty of plates on which to serve your food and a dishwasher for easy clean up.
When you are ready for bed, you will get a good night's sleep in a room with a cozy bed and thick curtains. You will never be short of closet space in this condo and we provide a dresser with deep drawers as well.
Our bathrooms are sparkling clean and have up to date fixtures. We offer basic toiletries, just in case you forgot anything.
Our Property
Our community will make you feel as though you are in a private country club. Beautiful foliage accents this 22-acre property that is located on the North Shore of the island. The oceanfront resort offers breathtaking views of the water and the mountains and you can even enjoy music on the Bluff.
If swimming in the ocean is not your thing, we offer multiple swimming pools and Jacuzzis. If you prefer to get your exercise on land, you can get up a game of volleyball or tennis on one of several courts. If you are averse to sports with nets, you can take a dip in our lava swimming hole or practice your swing on our putting green.
If you would rather not work so hard on your vacation, we offer hula lessons, lei making and yoga classes. You can take a botanical tour and shop at the Farmers' Market we have every Wednesday.

Overall this was a great property in a great area. We absolutely loved the location and the amenities the cliffs provided. There’s a beautiful view of the mountains and the ocean from the apartment and property and it’s within walking distance to princeville town and about a 5-7 min drive to hanalei which is absolutely adorable. The beaches were pretty and the resort provided many things to do for the day that it rained.
My only cons for this property that prevented me from giving this rental 5 stars-
- there was no AC (which we knew about and were okay with because the ocean breeze is phenomenal), but there were no screens on any of the doors or windows which many other rentals and units did have. Unfortunately because there were so many bugs we were unable to keep the windows open after the first night because of all the mosquito bites.
- cleanliness- the towels were a bit dirty. It seemed like there was mud or remnants of makeup on about half of the towels we tried to use. Additionally, the walls had some dead bugs and spiderwebs on them in multiple places.
The rental provides basic cooking essentials (they are not new but work for what we needed) and had a dishwasher and laundry available which was definitely a plus. There was some wet washcloths lying in there which we left there because we didn’t know what was on them, but overall the unit provided great amenities and we enjoyed our stay. We loved Kauai and would definitely come back to the princeville area.

We enjoyed our stay in at this property. It was nice to have beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for our frequent trips to the beach. The unit is in desperately in need of a remodel, but clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend bringing food and cooking or grilling at the condo. There are very few places nearby to eat. Our favorite was Chicken in A Barrel!

Location was ideal and unit was as clean, bigger than expected and as advertised. I’d suggest reading the other reviews for more details. The pullout bed is broken/sloped at the end and so isn’t flat. No issues for my little girls but would not qualify as a proper bed for adults.

This Princeville condo was clean and lovely for our family of three. I loved being able to walk to the cliffs and look for whales migrating. We also walked to the beach and ate out on our balcony. It was clean and offered a closet full of beach supplies. My son lost his water shoes and borrowed some from the closet. We had so much fun!

We enjoyed our time at The Cliffs. The resources available for guests were amazing - shuffle board, pickle ball, putting range, pools, tennis, bikes, and work out room were nice! The view at the condo was stunning as well and to be able to walk out and sit or grill and watch the sunset was also amazing.
The condo itself was a bit outdated but comfortable. The furniture was very comfortable. We also appreciated the in condo laundry and also the boogie boards, coolers, and beach chairs.
Our experience, overall, was very pleasant!

I would recommend the Cliffs 4209 without hesitation. The condo was very clean. Fully equipped. The instructions to get in were simple and clear. Loved the site location with access to the Tennis, basketball courts, fitness centre and pool as well as access to bike rental. Loved the scenic view from the cliff. We really enjoyed our stay!
