Stay was wonderful, place was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out process was quick and easy!
The property was nice and clean. The communication was very quick and effective.Our main complain is that the first night we couldn't find a parking spot. There were cars parked in unnumbered spots without a pass and even on the grass. There was literally no place to park. We spent more than 2h at night trying to find a spot. We parked in another complex nearby and a neighbor came and tell at us. He even chased is to our unit. We ended up going to bed around 1am. Definitely not the situation we expected to be at during our vacation.I think the property should have a reserved parking to avoid this stressful situations.The unit had stairs. iIRC that wasn't well advertised.Desperate that, the overall experience was good.
The room had everything you would want in a studio. It was perfect in terms of location to Hanalei and all the beaches. It felt safe and secure. My only advice is to find the studio within the complex before dark. It is difficult to find the studio due to limited lighting and condo numbers that are not sequential . It’s a 5 star rating otherwise.

This property was perfect for us. We were close to lots of great food, nice beaches, and Haena State Park. The property was very much as described. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Loved the location, perfect spot to explore the North shore. Portable AC unit was a nice unexpected feature. Pictures are accurate. The only thing missing was a few glass wine glasses.
The place was a convenient stay in Kauai and the patio was a nice place to hang out. We loved the location and its good access to multiple beaches. Nothing fancy, and the AC was quite loud, but I would recommend!

The lanai was one of our favorite features—a peaceful oasis where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine, surrounded by Kauai’s stunning beauty. Kory’s thoughtful extras, like the coffee, wine, and chocolate, added a luxurious touch that made our stay feel truly special.
Every detail reflected Kory’s dedication to creating an outstanding guest experience. This is more than just a place to stay; it’s a serene sanctuary in paradise. We wholeheartedly recommend the Sandpiper Condo to anyone seeking comfort, charm, and that little bit of magic in Kauai.

The condo was cute and clean. Efficient for being small. We should have rented a car. Public transportation doesn’t really exist and we walked around.
Property is pretty nice overall with snorkel gear and chairs. Carpets aren't very clean
