The parking lot is a very far walk from the condo. This listing failed to mention that it has a shared door with a neighboring condo and the walls are very thin - not to mention there is no key or bolt that shows that the connecting door is even locked or safe. When I reached out, there was a third party communicator who could not help. The space is very small.
Had a great stay. Only issue is late checkout is not allowed.
Incredible view, but unit needs some care and needs to have some damaged furnishings replaced. Smoke detector was not attatched to ceiling, but left on a closet shelf. Don't know if it was working. Would love to enjoy view again, but not until maintenance problems are fixed. Also be aware that this is a unit connected by a locked door and I had very loud neighbors who spent a lot of time arguing very loudly.

The view is even more stunning than the photos and the beach is small but beautiful with snorkeling right there, including a turtle! The pools are also nice, including a sand bottom hot tub! Be aware that this studio room has an adjoining door to the next unit which is 0% soundproof. We chose this unit thinking that it being furthest from the main entrance would give privacy but instead woke up multiple nights to a screaming child. There is also no way to cook at all and the microwave is up at the main building in a hospitality room. Be aware as well that the property is very hilly. Sometimes the staff can help transport you in golf carts but this unit is down a significant hill, and the beach is even further down. The property is managed by a separate team of staff with a welcome packets of dozens of pages of rules. Overall enjoyed the north shore and grateful for our time at HBR but could be better.
We have stayed at HBR several times, but this time may be the last. We arrived at the room and we were horrified. There were roaches in the bathroom, mold in the bathroom, black earwig bugs IN THE BED! There was hair in the bed, stains on the sheets and pillow cases. There was so much dust all over the fan and vents that we couldn’t even turn the fan on without dust flying everywhere. We had stuffy noses and sore throats everyday since we were here and feel very sick. Overall, DO NOT RENT THIS ROOM.

We loved this room and it’s location. It’s the end unit so it’s more quiet and has one of the best views! Highly recommend.
Fantastic staff and grounds, but we didn't have consistent hot water for 10 minute showers at night and could hear neighbors through the shared wall.
It was a beautiful view and wonderful beautifully landscaped resort with great amenities and a private beach. Great pool too.
