    This beautiful island home, is 100 feet from the beach, and will provide an amazing vacation experience.

    This beautiful 5,000 square foot home is located in Kona Bay Estates. Kona Bay Estates is an exclusive, small, gated-guarded community. The community is located on a rare lagoon with a sandy beach known for being safe for children, and which is usable year-round.

    This three story home is ideally located in a private gated and guarded community within walking distance to town and is 100 feet from the beach. This home includes a pool, numerous lanais, garage, and a view of Kailua-Bay.

    Keiki Beach Hale, built in 2003 with 5,000 square feet of living area, includes a large primary bedroom with its own lanai, a walk-in open shower and large tub. The primary bedroom also has its own TV and a Cal King bed. Two other bedrooms, with Cal Kings. AC is provided in the advertised **upstairs bedrooms only**.

    The main floor includes a large modern kitchen with granite counter tops, bar, sitting area near kitchen, dining area on the enclosed lanai, living room, and a second large family room on the back lanai. There is a den on the main floor as well. There are a total of 3.5 bathrooms throughout the home.

    The lower floor level has an entertainment room with wet bar, and large screen TV. This room opens to the pool and has a full bath.

    Kona Bay Estates is adjacent to community tennis courts, soccer fields, and the public gymnasium with a large pool.

    If you have never been to the Big Island, we are on the sunny side of the biggest island in Hawai'i with the clearest blue water in the world. We have 80% of the Hawaiian land mass with 20% of the people. This property is located within walking distance of Famous Ali'i Drive and the Kona Pier. A great place to participate in the diversity of activities, shopping and fun dining in Kailua-Kona village.

    Minimum night varies seasonally 5 - 10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. To assist compliance with Hawaii County Ordinance 18-114, please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.

    Property exceeded our expectations had seven adults nobody felt crowded lots of outdoor space to get away fantastic screened in porches for visiting and eating away from the bugs.

    Stayed here for 2 weeks for a family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Easy 15 minute walk into town and about a 2 minute stroll to the beach. Management company was very responsive to our questions and the community felt very safe with 24 hour security patrol. All in all a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
