We would absolutely stay here again. Home had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay. We had 10 family members mostly adult/teens and there was more than enough space to be comfortable. Highly recommend.
Beautiful home and location but I was surprised by the lack of simple maintenance, scuffs and scraped wood and walls, and that some amenities didn’t work such as outdoor speakers, handheld tub sprayer, one of the tvs, outdoor shower, inside sound system, central vacuum. We worked around them and had a great time.
We had the BEST family vacation here. Close to everything, very clean, beds were comfortable and the view from the deck was amazing! I would stay here again!! The property manager Shellese was awesome! She even bought my mother a lei for her 80th bday and gave us some great local recommendations!!!
Check-in was easy--Shellese was most helpful. Property was very clean. A few maintenance items needed. Great views. Some bigger waves even splash to the 2nd and 3rd floor windows and lanais. Kitchen fairly well-equipped. Short walks to beach areas. Parking for three cars on busy road was a bit awkward.

Our family spent a week at this beautiful house. The views from balcony and all bedrooms were stunning. We watched the most breathtaking sunsets and sunrises every day together. All bedrooms had ocean view. The house has everything you need from cooking in kitchen to spending a day at all the beautiful beaches nearby. The kitchen was my mom's favorite. This beautiful house is well maintained and clean. The laundry room is big and machines work great. It is a perfect home for a family getaway. All of us had our privacy, and were together when we wanted to be. The house it self is very central, in a great residential neigborhood, and a few miles away from grocery stores and Ali'i Drive shops and restaurants. Shellese was very kind and attentive. She kept in touch and made sure we had all we needed. She made us feel at home. The maintenance team and service staff were also very kind. The only thing not working was the Jacuzzi, which did not bother any of us. With all other great amenities we did not miss it. It was so hard leaving this beautiful house every morning. All in all a perfect ten. A great home for making memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will hopefully see you soon again.
This was a beautiful place to stay, and had plenty of room for my whole family to hang out together and enjoy our own spaces. You don't get into the water here, but we had fun exploring the rocks and watching the little yellow and black fish that fed outside the windows every day!We stayed in June and it was a bit hot, and between the roaring waves and busy road it was a little noisy at night, but we got used to that. This house is truly on a main road that goes straight into all kinds of nice farmers markets, restaurants and shopping, so that's very convenient. (Try Black Rock pizza while you're here!)The kitchen was well stocked and the property manager met us personally to show us the house and give us recommendations. This is a great place to stay to enjoy all that Kona has to offer!

Even if this house was a little shack, you CANNOT beat the location! We had absolutely spectacular views & sunsets. The palms on the side of the house make a perfect border for pictures of those AMAZING sunsets which happened EVERY night we were here. From the lanai you can watch boats, kayaker’s, canoe’s, paddle boarder’s, dolphins, school’s of black fish & yellow Tang, waves. (Whales during whale season which we’re at the very tail end of. We saw none). I own timeshare here but we had a large group so we needed enough room for everyone. This house had it! The owner’s also have EVERYTHING you need for the beach…towels, snorkel gear, fins, coolers (including the giant drink cooler dispenser’s, chairs, boogie boards, beach toys for kids, sunblock & after sun gel/lotion other’s leave behind. The place is also stocked with games & movie’s. Fully stocked kitchen cabinets with everything you would use at home…pots, pans, dishes, bowls, strainers, toaster, blender, utensils, knives, silverware, coffee maker, glasses, cups on the main AND the lower, ocean level. I absolutely LOVED the stove top, oven’s & microwave! Hot tub was amazing although we didn’t use it much. I thought for sure that would be where the family would hang out most, on the lower level. We tended to gather more on the main level. You have multiple places to eat both on the main AND lower level’s. Be aware, you ARE on the ocean. It can get pretty loud. I’m from the Midwest so we have no ocean even close.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We all thoroughly enjoyed the whole property and loved going to sleep every night hearing the crashing waves at our doorstop and waking up to coffee on the balcony each morning. It was hard to leave the house and explore the island as we felt we were in paradise already!
Fabulous views and amenities. Our teens enjoyed the easy walk to beaches and Grandparents enjoyed sunset drinks on the lanai listening to the sounds of the waves. Perfect home for extended family groups.
It was amazing. The Host was so sweet and very accommodating. The location is perfect for having lots of things to do that are close by and also feeling like you are the only one at the ocean. I would definitely recommend staying here again.
10 of us all together. age 4-71 years old. Lots of room for dining, beautiful views of sunset at night, moon over the ocean in the early morning. Appreciated all the extras- lots of beach chairs, toys, plastic snack containers & towels. dinner was easy with all the pots, bowls and dishes we needed. Nice to have condiments available.as well. Great to have unbreakable dishware as we had 4 little ones.
This house was one of the highlights of our visit on the Big Island. It was a short walk to beaches on both sides of the house, but if you chose not to leave you could sit on the deck or lanai and just watch the whales jumping. We will absolutely look for this house every time we come to visit Big Island. Mahalo!
Beautiful spot. 4 siblings in our 50s with spouses and a couple of mothers in 80s. Walkable to local yummy restaurant for all of us. Oceanfront, waves amazing! Loads of visiting. Areas and space to take breaks away from everyone. Host very responsive to questions. Would absolutely rent again!
Beautiful home and fabulous views. This property is well taken care of and well stocked. Views are unparalleled. So sorry to have to leave and go back to our snowy home!

I can't say enough good things about my stay at this property. I have to start off with the obvious... the house is beautiful and the views were absolutely gorgeous!!! I spent so much time out on the lanais off of the dining room and the master bedroom. I was excited that I saw dolphins 4 times during my week-long stay. Also, Shellese was amazing. She connected with me after we booked the house, and gave me suggestions on what my group could do while there - she was spot on about everything (Rainbow Falls, Volcano National Park, the beach with the turtles...). She also met us at the house upon check-in, gave us a quick tour and was very responsive when I needed to reach her during our stay.
There were a couple of minor issues with the house, but Shellese let us know when we checked in. The issues weren't anything that took away from our stay. Quick heads up - there were quite a few gnats - mostly out on the lanais, but that certainly didn't stop me from sitting outside and enjoying the views.
I would return to this property without hesitation!
Just awesome! Property manager is very responsive and accomodating. The house is immaculate, beautifully located, and perfect for our family of 10 extended members. Plenty of room/beds for all of us and came with so many useful amenties such as a fully stocked kitchen and water activities equipment (umbrella, beach chairs, boogie board, snorkel gear).
Had a fantastic time, house and location was very good. Loved having so much room for the family to spread out. The balconies provided amazing views. Shellese was great to meet and deal with.
House is beautiful. Lots of supplies including for the beach, cooking, and things for the kids to do. Great views of the ocean. Waves were high though and splashing the top floor of the home, as well unable to use the hot tub bc of wave damage, which also caused lots of bugs to wash up on the lanais’ , but not the fault of the owners by any means.
The House is incredibly well-furnished and well-appointed. The kitchen, in particular, has everything. The owner and agent were very attentive: when it was found that certain advertised amenities were broken or missing, they quickly supplied them before we even arrived. The whole experience was worth repeating. Again. And again.
The property is beautiful and right on the ocean. It is as pictured and as described. I'd stay here again.
My family loved our stay! The property was well maintained and stocked. There were so many wonderful amenities! We appreciated the clear communication about check in and check out processes. All of the information about things to do was appreciated! The location was fantastic and we were easily able to park multiple vehicles safely on site. We would 100% stay here again!

Perfect house for our group of 8. Great view and accommodations. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. The property manager was fantastic to deal with and very responsive. Short drive into town. Can highly recommend.
The house was great - perfect for our family! Spectacular view…nice big kitchen - well stocked. Beautiful bedrooms! Shellise was easy to work with and very responsive to our questions/needs.
Parking was a little tricky at times coming off the busy street but was manageable. Hot tub didn’t heat up too well but only tried a few times.
Would definitely stay again!!!
This home is everything it appears in the photos. By far we daw the best sunsets right from our patio at the house! There was nothing we needed that was not provided. Had a little problem with the garage but we text got am immediate response and she was there with in minutes. So kind and welcoming. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.. Thank you for everything..
