The house is situated at an ideal 400 ft elevation for sunshine and comfortable trade winds.

Amenities include the beautiful pool, custom furnishings, beautifully crafted wooden ceiling enclaves and downstairs private primary bedroom where you may be tempted to hideaway and soak in the tub at the end of your day. The gourmet indoor kitchen is a Chef's dream with granite countertops, cherry cabinets and all the tools you need to make a simple meal or an epicurean delight. LUVA Concierge can secure a private Chef for you and your guests.

The lanai features ample covered dining space for eight people and outdoor seating areas for cocktails and conversation for up to 12.

The amazing primary suite features a king size bed, walk-in closet, tub. Located on the bottom floor, this room is completely private from the rest of the home with its own outside lanai. The second, third and fourth bedroom are located on the third floor. Bedroom #2 features a king size bed and has its own private bathroom while bedrooms #3 and #4 each contains a queen size bed and share a bathroom. From the top floor, there is a separate entrance with access to the pool and lanai areas, as well as the driveway, making for convenient luggage transfer.

This was the most wonderful house! Waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean every day was heaven. The primary bedroom and bathroom were phenomenal. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the temperature in them was perfect all week. We hardly left the house. Was definitely the most relaxing vacation, even with a 4 and 7 year old. Working with Adriana was exceptional. She was helpful and professional. She gave us the name of a personal shopper for groceries before we got there. Was so helpful!!

The location is perfect..close to town, shopping, and activities but nestled in a quiet private community. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and is roomy and totally updated. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The lanai allows places for dining, relaxing, or gathering for conversation. It’s huge! And the pool is beautiful. The views from the lanai are photo-worthy at every time of day. You could enjoy a week at this home without ever leaving it. Adriana was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She answered my questions in a timely fashion, stopped by to greet us, and could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. We will definitely return to this home in the future if the opportunity arises. I can’t say enough-it’s perfect!
