Property Description

This garden level 2 bedroom, 2 bath Fairway Villa overlooks the 15th Fairway of the Hualalai Golf Course with views of the ocean beyond. Located within the master-planned resort community of Hualalai, guests have the option of amenity use privileges at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, which is just minutes away. This charming villa delivers a truly luxury experience for up to 4 guests.

The master bedroom has a king bed and private lanai with ensuite bath offering a large soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, dual vanities and and Hualalai's signature outdoor garden shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a king. The guest bedroom has a combined full tub/shower with a single vanity. Each bedroom includes flat screen televisions and the villa features high speed wireless internet service throughout.

The villa features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and separate wet-bar along with a full sized washer and dryer. A large, fully-covered lanai is extended to a lush lawn area that expands the living space and provides for an indoor/outdoor living experience. Enjoy barbecue and outdoor dining while taking advantage of Hawaii's warm, tropical temperatures and gentle trade winds.

Two 4-passenger golf carts included with rental for transportation within the Resort.

Professional Management:
This property is professionally managed by Private Homes Hawaii, a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the State of Hawaii. You will be personally greeted upon arrival with a full orientation of the villa and our team is available for additional services and assistance throughout your stay.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay. .

Very nice unit. MasterBath needs better ventilation and a blind in the toilet area. Didn't appreciate the housekeepers invading our privacy by coming in to drop off sheets, especially when we asked them not to after the first time. Wouldn't rent this villa from this company again

Ever since my wife and I had kids, we have avoided staying in studio style hotel rooms...we just preferred to have a kitchen and more space to relax when the kids went to sleep. My wife and I had been to Hualalai a few times before, but never with our we sought out to find a place where we could have space, but also utilize all the amenities at FS Hualalai. This Villa gave us everything we were looking for...the space we needed, the proximity to came with 2 golf carts for easy movement around the entire was also a very short walk to Hualalai Trading Company for morning coffee, lunch or snacks. It is a 1st floor unit, so we had a patio that opened up to grassy lawn...there is about 40 yards of grass before the golf course starts and it is at the start of a hole so you have a huge amount of space for kids to run around. If we had any issues whatsoever, Taj was immediately available to handle...there was 1 issue with a lock latch on a door and a handyman fixed it that day. This unit was a perfect fit for our family and we would highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting Hualalai.

We cannot say enough positives about this rental. Taj and his team took fantastic care of our family. The location is ideal. A short 5 minute golf cart ride to the trading post. The condo has the perfect layout for a small family. The two twin beds slept our kids perfectly. The kitchen and living areas are also beyond ideal. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future.
