This condo, located in the K building, has close proximity to the ocean, beach, pool and BBQ area. Enjoy air conditioning in every room!

Papakea K304 is a two bedroom, two bathroom, single level condo that sleeps 4. It has been remodeled and offers a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom lighting. The ocean front master suite bedroom features wonderful ocean views, a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is spacious with a king size bed. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, free WiFi and cable. The condo is stocked well with beach towels, beach chairs cooler and more!

Papakea Resort is located just North of the famous Ka'aanapli Beach and features 11 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large jacuzzi's, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts and 3 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24 hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, farmer's market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. There is a sandy beach just steps from the condo.Beach sand levels vary depending on the conditions. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property.

Our on-island team also provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.**

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this property! It is the perfect location as it has views of the pool and of the ocean. It is decorated impeccably and it’s so well appointed! Had a lovely lovely trip! The only downfall was that I reached out to the property manager, My Perfect Stays, and they were not responsive when asking for help. It was a minor issue that we resolved ourselves so it was OK but just want to give the property owner a heads up! We will DEFINITELY be renting this unit again as we come to Papakea every other summer! Mahalo!

This was our second stay in this condo..it literally had everything we wanted from an ocean view to comfy beds, to a great location. We enjoyed sitting on the grass by the sea wall and watching the ocean. Hard to beat. We will be back again!

We stayed 10 nights in this incredible rental and would stay here again without a second thought. The rental is beautifully decorated, so modern and in an amazing location. We absolutely loved being on this side of the building. The views are amazing from everywhere but the breeze was what made it so wonderful. Also, this unit does not get late afternoon direct sun, so sitting on the lanai was comfortable all day and night. The condo itself has everything: dishes, utensils, cookware , glasses etc. There were also beach chairs and towels to make your days at the beach more enjoyable. The linens were all very high quality and there was plenty of everything. The bathrooms are modern and so clean. The master shower was amazing. This is our second stay at this resort. We absolutely love it. You are on the ocean but don’t have to deal with sand because there is a sea wall. No worries though, the sandy beach is next door. There are lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean on the lawn. We played miniature golf and shuffleboard many times. The grills are awesome so that eating out is not required if you prefer to stay in. The grocery store is an easy walk as are many restaurants. We had Maui Fish Market many times. Having your own full kitchen in every unit is so convenient. There are also other resorts with restaurants that are just a short walk away as well. Dukes Beach House was amazing. The check in and check out process was simple. We really recommend this resort and this unit in particular K304. The management company was very responsive and friendly.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. The views were amazing!!! Loved sitting on the lanai just watching & listening to the ocean. The condo was very clean & had everything we needed & more!!! We took a couple of day trips ( road to Hana & Haleakala National Park) It was really nice having the coolers to take lunch & drinks along. Grocery store & restaurants close by too. Would definitely recommend this condo & would stay there again.

This unit and the resort are my favorites on Maui. I like staying in this area because of the climate. It’s not as windy or hot as other parts of the island. This resort is not as crowded as the other resorts I have stayed at here. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is a good temperature.

This place was decorated beautifully, and the beds were soooo comfortable which is huge for someone who has back issues. The view was amazing waking up to the sounds of the ocean and the palm trees. The only thing lacking was a beach out front. There is a small beach just a 2 min walk away but at high tide there is not much beach. We drove down to the Hyatt and used the beach there…only a 5 min drive. Loved the grass area, we watched the sunset on the loungers while our kids played shuffleboard. The condo was stocked with chairs, boogies boards..we rented an umbrella for the week for $44 from the front desk, although ABC store was selling them for $35 we found out later.. Loved how it was not too packed and was just the right amount of quiet.. we had dinner in whalers village by the high rise condos and hotels and it was PACKED! So glad to come back to the more mello and peaceful Papakea. You can walk to ABC store that has everything you need, even a deli. Only 5 miles to Front Street in Lahaina where the majority of the restaurants are, and a 5 min drive to beautiful Kapalua Bay. Centrally located. Compared to other resorts we saw the pools at Papakea were not as crowded although there is no restaurant onsite and it would have been cool to have a place to grab drinks by the pool. Overall I LOVED this condo! It does not have shabby outdated furniture, everything was done very classy and tasteful!

Lovely, well appointed condo. Spent a lot of time on the lanai, taking in the view - just stunning. Small glitch with no remote for TVs upon arrival, but eventually resolved.

This unit is in a wonderful central location on Maui in Kaanapali. Grocery store and ABC within a minute to get food and provisions for exploring the island. We cooked breakfast at the condo and packed lunches for snorkeling, beach, and Road to Hana. Easy to get to dinner reservations in Lahaina, Kaanapali or Kapaluua. Chairs, boogie boards, cooler and towels for all those day trips. Beautiful grounds and comfortable beds! Highly recommend.
