Ka’anapali's finest beachfront setting with a prime location near shopping, restaurants, and activities. Our studio condo, A-317, is located on the third floor of the Aloha Tower and offers a lovely partial ocean view. It is accessible by elevator, is cooled by Central Air Conditioning, and has a comfortable King Size Bed and Queen Sofa Sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, granite counters, new fixtures and lighting, and is well-stocked. Our ocean front resort is set on 11 acres of exotic tropical gardens, along one of the finest stretches of Ka’anapali Beach, just north of Black Rock. Swim, snorkel, paddle, or sail directly off the white sand beach in warm, crystal-clear turquoise water. Lounge by two adult swimming pools, kiddie pool, or spas, with cocktail and food service. Spot Humpback whales directly from shore between November and March. Golf at any of four nearby championship golf courses. Ride the free trolley to shopping, adjacent hotels for entertainment, restaurants, or luaus. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or Happy Hour at the full service Castaway Restaurant situated beach front. Or simply, sip a glass of wine on our lanai as you watch the sun set after another perfect day in paradise.
CANCELLATIONS:
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. Our policy allows cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival, with an immediate refund less a 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of deposit. Owner will make every attempt to re-book the property. Should owner succeed in re-booking this time frame, we'll be glad to refund any pro-rata share, less the 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount. No fault of the property, but with the raging wildfires there was no electricity, no cell service and no internet. As a result, the air conditioning was off and there was no hot water. We had to open the sliders and the narrow window by the front door. The screen blew out repeatedly until maintenance came to anchor it in.
The pools had to close because the filters didnt work. The restaurant was closed and the whole lobby was in the dark. Not a great time to be in Maui!

We had to open the sliders and the narrow window by the front door. The screen blew out repeatedly until maintenance came to anchor it in.
The pools had to close because the filters didnt work. The restaurant was closed and the whole lobby was in the dark. Not a great time to be in Maui!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Barbara’s condo. She was helpful throughout the process. The location is truly paradise with its ocean view. You can walk for miles, snorkel, dine, shop, swim in the ocean, and swim in beautiful pools. We loved not needing a car to get around. Barbara gave us great suggestions and when I mentioned the bathroom sink was draining slowly, within 20 minutes maintenance came and fixed it. The on-site restaurant was amazing too, very reasonably priced and great atmosphere. We also loved the free trolley that took you to Whalers Village. We were also able to pick up the city bus from Whaler's village which took us downtown to Old Laihana. Thanks Barbara!

This was our third stay on the property, the first time we stayed in this unit. It is a very comfortable unit and a wonderful partial ocean view. Would not hesitate to rent this unit for our next trip to Maui.
