The place is located in a very quiet location with great views. You can take walks along the coastline or spend time at the beach within a short walk from the condo. They keep the place well equipped and updated. I plan on staying again when we visit Maui again if it’s available. Mahalo
This property is wonderful! It is located on a golf course and a short walk to the beach. Quiet and relaxing with everything you need for your stay. It is tastefully decorated and even more beautiful in person.
What an amazing condo! It was beautiful and better than expected. It was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. The bed and linens were luxurious.
A most wonderful time at Kapalua. Truly a special home with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing vacation. Beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished. The large balcony was also nicely furnished with high end patio furniture where you had views of golf and the ocean. The kitchen was fully-stocked with everything one could need to make you feel at home. The resort itself was also very nice with BBQ and pools very close by. There were also walking trails nearby and a nice shopping area within walking distance. The golf was fantastic. David was very responsive. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back in the near future!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The unit was well-appointed, and the location was spectacular. Enjoyed sitting out on the lanai with view of the golf course and ocean in distance. The Kapalua golf vistas had a couple of on-site restaurants, that require reservations. We were able to sit at bar without reservations at Sansei Seafood and Sushi bar as well as Taverna. In both cases, the food was underwhelming. Had a pizza at Taverna, and I've had much better frozen pizzas. The biggest disappointment was the lack of communication from the host. We did not get correspondence confirming our booking and payment. Had to beg multiple times for information on checkin at the unit, which came just 2-3 days before our arrival from US East Coast. Didn't hear anything from host during or after our stay. There were little things about the unit we would have liked to have corrected while we were there, but just wasn't worth even trying to contact the host.
We really felt welcomed by the house when we reached. The property is much better than the pictures and we were amazed by your attention to detail in everything. The place was clean and had almost everything that we needed for 8 nights & 9 days there. Dave was extremely helpful whenever we needed advice/info from him. I highly recommend anyone to stay here!
I was really impressed by this property. The unit is clean, modern, and has a great location. The balcony is huge and is a great place to eat all meals. It has a slight view of the ocean and is very relaxing after having a great day out on the beach, which is only a 700 meter walk. Having a washer/dryer is so convenient. The owners provide laundry soap and fabric softener. The only negative is the master bathroom tub/shower. For you seniors, it's rather slippery to get in and out of the tub, so use the second bathroom's shower for easy access. Other than that, I had a fantastic experience and I would gladly rent this unit again.
It’s a little cooler up at kapalua and a lot quieter. The resort is beautifully landscaped and the unit is exactly like the photos
