Some of the updates include new quartz countertops in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway, creating a new kitchen sidebar, new stainless steel appliances, a new split air conditioner system (2023). In the living room, new double-pane lanai glass doors and windows were replaced in (2023) which significantly reduces any noise from the exterior. 55" flat-screen Smart TV mounted with the capability to tilt and swivel for your viewing pleasure. Features blackout draperies for those who prefer to take the morning off! Enjoy a cool beverage on the new lanai furniture as you listen to the relaxing sounds of nature. New draperies and local art tie in the colors and round-out the renovation. There is a queen bed that can sleep 2 people. Kihei Bay Surf Studio #250 provides complimentary wireless internet service. The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, and cable TV. In addition there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills and common laundry areas for your use. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops, restaurants and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.

Great location in Kihei. Across the street from the beach and minutes from downtown. Quiet complex with friendly neighbors and plenty of parking. Fully stocked with beach towels, chairs and even a cooler with ice packs. Perfect for anyone who is looking for a affordable space to stay at while exploring Maui.

We really enjoyed our stay at KBS #250. Not only is the studio clean and comfortable, it has all the amenities you need for a day at the beach or preparing a meal at ‘home’. We appreciate the attention to details. There’s parking and the unit is easy access to Wailea, Kaanapali and Kahului. The check-in and check-out process is a breeze. Would definitely stay here again. Loved this condo location close to lots of awesome beaches and restaurants. Right across the road from turtles on the beach! It was very quiet, except for a couple days as the roof was being replaced during our stay. Didn’t bother us too much as we were out all day exploring. Really enjoyed having the beach chairs, towels, and cooler for our use. Thanks!

Lights very yellow and dim. Lighting poor because the condo is in shade or partial shade during the day. There was no scissors or a coffee measuring spoon, or at least 1 or 2 safety pins. Other supplies were adequate. Also no sugar for even one cup of coffee. Other than that I have no complaints. But I think a guy must own this condo.
