Had a great stay - made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked with necessary items.

Kihei Kai Nani is our favorite to stay at in Kihei. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. The pool area is never so crazy busy you feel crowded or left out. Everyone is friendly there. You can cross the street to the beach and you don't have to walk far to find dining. Everything was exactly as we had hoped for!
Cute 1 bedroom in the middle of everything in Kihei. Very walkable to shops & restaurants. Beach across the street. Condo is VERY well stocked with just about everything including beach chairs, umbrellas & tote. Nice grounds & pool. Laundry is not in unit & coin operated. Unit can be loud at times and need deep cleaning.
Unit was clean, comfortable and led to a great vacation. Kihei Kai Nani Complex is in a great location, beautiful beaches across the street, plenty of places to eat within walking distance, the best Happy Hour (Mooses) and an easy drive to Wailea's fancy resorts and restaurants.

The condo was great, well stocked with everything you need for the beach and kitchen. With no fault of owners there was constant working right out back that prevented any daytime relaxing. Other than that it was a10. Would recommend to friends and family
Location was great and very close to the beach and snorkeling. Saw several turtles. The property was clean, but dated a bit, probably need to re-tile the shower. Other than that it had lots of amenities inside umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, crockpot, so those were very convenient.
Owner chooses to turn hot water to vacation. Water warm, but not hot. Water not hot enough to kill germs on dishes let alone clean the place prior to our arrival. Will not be coming back, Owners too cheap for me.
We noticed the place was kind of sticky and dirty when we checked in. No wonder no hot water to clean anything.
Owner charged us an extra charge because we moved some furniture. Couch was directly in front of the air conditioner. That was so loud you could not hear the TV or anybody talk. TV that we could not get to work for a day TV in bedroomp does not work At all. Other than that I guess the place was OK,but I don’t like dirty and this place was that and so was I,because I could not take a shower with hot water.
Very quiet as toward the back of the complex in a busy area of Kihei.
Great location, grounds are clean & gorgeous. Pool was perfect & all over stay was a total success. The unit was nicely furnished & the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Location was great! Walk right to a fantastic beach!! The bed was the most comfy I ever slept in! I highly recommend to others!
