My husband and I spent a portion of our honeymoon staying here in Maui. This was an awesome location in south Kihei, great access to the beach, and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The condo is in a great spot in the complex, easy access to the pool. Would definitely recommend!
Nice accommodation. The A/C and fans helped with the heat. We enjoyed the location and the pool.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. It is a quiet complex and we found the apartment to be well equipped with all we needed. I perhaps misread the listing as I expected a washer/dryer inside the condo but they were offered in the complex and the set up was very convenient. The air conditioning was on a timer and quite noisy and that was really our only issue. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.
Arrival and check out was really easy and stress free. Unit was right across from the beach. Perfect for girls trip or small family. A few very minor hiccups with a fan and bedding while there but owners were immediately responsive and it did not sway any part of enjoying our stay. Great communication before booking and during!! Pictures accurately describe unit. Stocked kitchen had everything needed. Would absolutely stay here again!
You could not ask for a better location. Close to the beach and several good restaurants. Plus, an ice cream shop is 200 yards away.
Our hosts' communication throughout was fantastic! Though the property seemed slightly older, it was good n excellent condition. Convenient to food, beaches, and where I needed to go for work.

This property is placed perfectly to be walking distance from everything you need and want from Maui. The amenities are great. I was in heaven the whole time.
A really lovely and homely place to stay in Maui! The location was incredible - the beach across the street was perfect for sunset viewing and swimming, and there were 2-3 others within 10-15 minutes of walking. The laundry on-site was convenient and clean (we went to the adjacent pool while waiting)!
When we arrived, the area around the complex and the apartment did have a slightly wet, musty odor, but that completely went away the second day and never returned, so perhaps that was an anomaly. It was quite hot without the AC and fans on and it got warm at night, but it was manageable. Unfortunately the power was shut off for half a day during our stay for maintenance, but we booked an excursion so there was no problem :)
Overall, would recommend! A great price for such a central location and apartment with everything you would need.
This condo felt like staying in a family vacation home, the kind of place where it isn't stuffy or fancy but is clean and has all the conveniences you need. The location is in a very busy part of Kihei, which is good or bad, depending on how you feel about lots of people. The unit itself is a ways from the busy road (not too far though) so there is no road noise - I was amazed at how quiet it was for sleeping. There are quite a few long-term residents there who were all very friendly and welcoming. We loved being so close to the beach. The unit had plenty of beach chairs/umbrella, kid beach toys, etc.
The condo complex is quiet and located right across the beach! I can't stress how convenient it was to simply cross one street and be on the beach. The complex also have free parking (with a permit) and a pool. There are tons of places to eat and shop that are next door or within a couple of minutes of walking distance. Foodland (groceries) and ABC Store is right down the road. The condo itself has everything you could need! We used the beach chairs, boogie board, and an insulated lunch box. The condo is clean, has a great balcony to sit outside and catches a great breeze when you have the sliding doors and front door open. Bedroom has a floor unit AC and living room has a window AC. The owners are very kind and communicative.
Nice condo in Kihei. I would recommend to friends. Clean unit, homey and comfortable.
Just a note for new people so you know what to expect. It’s on the 3rd floor, and the stairs are a bit steep. Ok for me, but tough for mom.
The AC in the living room works fine, but the bedroom AC is a stand-alone unit and does not cool the room below 82. It’s quite loud but drowns out the incessant roster crowing starting at 1am.
All this is fine if the temps stay in the 70’s.
Last thing, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and makes noise when you move. On the plus side, the sofa is super comfy.
We love Kihei and this location is perfect.
