The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei, across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and can sleep 2 people. In addition, there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills and common laundry areas for your use. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops, restaurants and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.

This was as perfect a stay as we could imagine. It was absolutely the best location for visiting ALL of the island - just minutes from the main intersection. The condo was fabulous- clean, well maintained, great decor, well stocked, very comfortable bed and all the beach toys and ice chests you would need. Very Nice.Here is something I would change,1) Put a screen over the door. The one that was there once upon a time is missing. That way you could leave that window open and enjoy the breeze blow through from the screen over the Air Conditioner. Just a Thought ...

Loved this studio condo.. perfect for my trip! It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and stove.. I could bring back leftovers that I usually can’t keep at a hotel! I gave location 4 stars.. the flooding prior to my arrival made the roads a mess. Several closures as they did the clean up. Made a little difficult to get to and from a few days. Other than that the location is wonderful. Tv was nice I could watch the Australian Open each night and football on Sunday!
Communication was right on the nose, parking was always available and it was quiet!! Thanks for a great week!

When we first showed up, I'm not going to lie, I questioned my decision to book us. The outside of the property is a little dated and it looked suspect. But it turned out to be a good stay. The condo was clean and has everything we needed. It was quiet and the residents we met in the jazcuzzi every night were very nice. Convenient location, easy parking, and the price was right. We would stay here again.

The unit is located in a building complex that is off the beaten path, across the street from a nice little beach where sea turtles visit from time to time. We were just a short drive (or a 20-min walk) from restaurants and groceries, which was very handy.
The unit has a very comfy king bed, and A/C and fans to keep things comfy. Would highly recommend, and hopefully we will return soon!

This studio condo was just what I needed for a home base! It was clean, centrally located, and well stocked! The decor was a little dated, but still ok- I really didn’t spend too much time there anyhow!

Since I spend most of time while on a Hawaiian island out and about I really just look for a clean comfortable place to stay and this fit the bill. It was clean and quiet.
It is right across the street from a beach and the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary.

Good condo with everything you need and more. Not very clean, but that's the issue with the cleaning people management need to address. Floors are pretty dirty, there was a broken glass everywhere: floor, inside the microwave and most disturbing on the mattress of the sleeping sofa when we opened it. Good that there is a vacuum in the condo we used to clean everything. One piece of glass over the front door is missing, found few bugs inside, AC is weak and working non-stop. We did not contact the Management company, but they sent several update emails, great communication. All of the above is the inconvenience, but not a deal breaker. Great location, but beach across the street is not very good, shallow, dark sand, people fishing, but sometimes turtles are getting out on the beach. Good pool, good clean grilles, good tennis court, property is old, but very well maintained.
