Wonderful location, 5 minute walk to the beach! Lovely pool, laundry room access cave in handy. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and perfect for 2! It was our 2nd visit to this great spot, we will be back again!
Clean, excellent directions and communication with owner, lovely pool area, close to many beaches, stayed cool with the AC unit and fans, appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and sand mat, laundry machine used the app PayRange which worked well

Steps away from the beach, easy drive to the other Kihei beaches, clean, well kept! Clear communication with the property owner, and the managers. Clear communication to enter the property, very safe area. We’ll definitely be back.

Cozy, cute condo in lively and bustling Kihei. Loved this stay. Accommodations were clean and Aestetically pleasing. Was a nice place to kickback and relax after exploring the many sights and beauty of Maui. The pool and bbq area really was the cherry on top. Definitely will book again
I enjoyed how close of a walk it was to stores, restaurants and several beaches.
After reading the reviews I had no problem booking the place, however upon arrival I was let down by several things. It was not up to my standard of cleanliness, I travel for work so I am used to "hotel clean" however there were numerous hairs and dust/dirt left in the sink, shower fridge and linens. we felt we needed to wash before we used them. The cupboards had the same and the dishes needed to be washed before we used them. I am not sure if it is the humidity and window louvers but I felt the unit could use a deep clean as there seemed to be a layer of dust/mildew stuck to everything. The whole facility is supposed to be smoke free however the area to smoke is close to the corner of the property and if the windows are open you will get some smoke smell. It was a Awesome location, the facility was quiet. The Pool and BBQ area was great as well. WIFI was good and fast to watch movies at night
Close to beaches, stores and bus. Property was what we expected as the furnishings are slightly tired looking and the cupboards could use a declutter. Lovely clean pool, plenty of new towels and clean bedding. Air conditioning worked great!

Property exceeded advertised expectations. Host was great to work with. Location was within walking distance to beaches, parks, shops and restaurants.
very nice everything was great. the only thing is the pictures made it look like it was first floor. being disabled the stairs were almost a deal breaker. Had to plan things for going in and out only once per day. so as to be able to make it up the stairs. this is something that should be stated right away. didnt get the room nub until july making every thing more expensive and less options. thank god the owner said if I had to he would let me out of the agreement and I told him I would try and figure it out . was happy I was able to do it karen and everyone were wonderful and excellent with offering help.. would rent again if they had a first floor. so anyone that has good leggs this is a excellent condo. price and location and people running it.
This is by far the best place we stayed in for the whole 20 days (and 4 islands) in Hawaii. Personal parking place, nice location, huuge apartment. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed at this condo for 15 nights in Feb. 2024. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal, about a half block off of South Kihei Road so we found it nice and quiet. There are so many places within walking distance - beautiful Charley Young/Kam 1 Beach, ABC Store, Foodland and many restaurants. The lanai is lovely and very private, with a lush/green view, and you can see the West Maui Mountains. You get some lovely afternoon sun as well. We found the bed to be very comfortable and there was plenty of room in the closet and dresser drawers to completely unpack. The kitchen is small but functional and had a nice supply of non-perishables. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and big beach towels. The pool is great and there was always lounge chairs available. The laundry room (near BBQ area and pool) also came in handy. You can either download an app or use quarters. This condo is on 2nd floor and we had no trouble using the stairs (there are no elevators at this building). The owner is very responsive if you have any questions or problems. We would definitely stay here again!

If you are a single or couple with plans to be out and around Maui during the day, then this cozy, clean condo is great. It has lanai and kitchen window exposure to the breezes coming off the ocean a few hundred feet away, and the air conditioner cools it down well in just a short time. But the bedroom window faces the interior second-floor access walkway and the courtyard pool, so there was more noise and less privacy than one would dream of for their bedroom. The kitchen was immaculate and perfectly-stocked for cooking breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A grocery store is less than a half-mile away; a surf shop with lessons and rentals, and many enticing restaurants and bars are even closer. If your vacation plans are to hang out to catch rays and views, surf and body surf easy waves, read and write, and sip cocktails, then skip the rental car. If you want to get out and around, Kihei is an excellent base camp. The host provided two beach chairs and a beach umbrella, along with a beach mat. All came in handy for day trips to beaches around the island. I would gladly stay here again.

The perfect 1 br escape for my man and me! The apartment complex is just a few blocks from the beach and so many things within walking distance. This was a great 'base' for our Maui adventures. Would definitely stay again if/when we come back!
