The lanai features a motorized sun shade that provides sun protection and privacy. There is also an invisible screen door on the entry door which serves to give cross ventilation if you prefer that to air conditioning. There is a lanai behind shrubs which brings in the green feel and provides a sweet spot for a meal or evening drink.
