The unit was very clean, updated appliances, remodeled kitchen and bath, but bedding was just a slab of foam with very worn sheets. Also, would be nice to have a dresser to put clothes in and a reading lamp, not just overhead lights.

Being our first time in Maui, we were unfamiliar with the areas and had to rely on the accuracy of the VRBO description of the property.
Well, we were pleasantly surprised. Many times we have seen pictures published that really did not reflect the property or it’s condition, but this time, this property’s listing was underrated and we were delighted on many fronts.
The position of the condo was right across from the beach. In fact, we were able to see the ocean peaking through the trees from our second-floor terrace. Very nice. The place has been recently remodeled to a tastefully clean and modern look. Also very nice. The place was clean and the furnishings were appropriate and sufficient. Being coffee connoisseurs, we were delighted in the choices of coffee brewing devices: French Press, drip machine, Keurig machine. Thank you!
We also appreciate quite neighbors, and this place did not disappoint- most of the condos looked to be smaller and many residents lived there. After 9 days of staying there, we realized that we were never disturbed by loud music, annoying loud conversation or inconsiderate guests.
The only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the bed pillows. I had to sleep without one due to the uncomfortable hardness. Perhaps a few down and higher quality pillows would improve the experience.
Altogether, I would rate this a 9 out of 10!

I am unsure whether I would recommend this condo since being unable to reach the management is unacceptable. When we got there at night , we had not picked up the car. There was not toilet paper or paper towels in the condo. Also, the lock to the door on the lanai is broken. We were locked out there one night. We finally gave a neighbor the combination so they could come in an unlock it. We were very concerned since we knew the management would not respond. I have rented from vrbo quite a few times and have never had a problem with the management of the condo. This surprised me.
The location cannot be beat. We loved being right across from the fish pond, but up far enough on Kehei Road that it was really quiet. Easy access to everything with a car. The place was perfect for us. I would absolutely stay here again.
This property was perfect for our week in Maui. The couch and bed were very comfortable, and the kitchen was just perfect. We loved having beach chairs towels scuba gear and coolers ready to go with us to the beach as well!
Nicely remodeled studio apartment. Well equipped with beach towels and beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler.
