You can’t do better than this! Not only does this beautiful second-floor unit have an unobstructed ocean view but the quality of the complex and its location cannot be beat. The ocean is just steps away and it is usually so quiet that it feels like your own private beach. Prefer the pool? We have a 60-foot solar-heated pool perfect for swimming laps. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.

Whalewatch, windsurf, paddleboard, walk the beach, read in the shade of huge monkeypod trees and enjoy magnificent sunsets from your lanai. The complex is quiet and extremely well manicured, with BBQ’s and shuffleboard. The unit itself is so nice that you’ll feel like you’re in Wailea paying 3 times as much. The attention to detail is apparent at first glance. It features mahogany custom cabinets, granite counters, sun shades, cool tile floors, top-of-the-line appliances (Sub-Zero and GE Profile), Crate & Barrel kitchenware, comfortable beds (California King in master; queen in guest bedroom), quality towels and linens, terrific lanai furnishings, beach chairs and towels, roomy bedrooms and baths, air conditioning throughout and something quite rare in this complex--an in-unit washer and dryer! We’ve tried to think of everything for your comfort.
The kitchen in Waiohuli Beach Hale #A-201 is fully equipped for home chefs (stocked with many spices too), including some great cookbooks. We have high speed wireless internet, a 42” flat screen Sony TV, cable TV and DVR, CD player, and telephone with free long distance telephone to the U.S. and Canada. Plus, the complex is within a 5-minute walk (or less) to everything you might want: grocery store and many shops, numerous restaurants of different cuisines, fitness center, post office, drug store, medical and chiropractic care, banks, scooter rentals, a Saturday farmer’s market and more. It’s a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena, the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary and Visitor Center and the Maui Ocean Center & Aquarium. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our visit. There are 2 things that could be improved to make the condo more inviting. First another lounging chair or 2 in the living room would be nice. With 4 people and 3 of us lined up on the couch and the other in a dining chair, it was less than comfortable. Also the lanai was narrow leaving our 4 chairs lined up in a row.

It was centrally located and made it easy to get around. Great kitchen! Thank you for having beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and wifi for our use.

We loved this rental. It is right on a terrific beach and it has a great pool. Everything we needed was in the unit, including beach chairs, towels and floaties. It is also walking distance to groceries and restaurants. The host is very responsive. Overall, this was a very comfortable place to stay and accommodated our family’s first Hawaiian vacation very well!

Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for a family of 4 and very convenient for lots of Maui adventures. The condo kitchen and living room has been updated nicely. While small the kitchen worked perfect for making meals and we all fit fine at the small dining table. The bathrooms and bedrooms were not as updated but were very comfortable and clean which is all we cared about. While we did not need it every day it was nice to have air conditioning on a couple hot afternoons.The location is great. We enjoyed the beach for sunsets and our daughters (8 and 11) were able to enjoy the surf several evenings. It is on the windy side and the water is more choppy so we also traveled to other Kehei beaches, just five minutes down the road, and 15 minutes further to Makena and Maluaka which were both fantastic. We did the Haleakala crater one afternoon and it was just over an hour away. We also drove up the west coast. Kehei was so central and easy for our jumping off point. Plus we had so many great restaurant and food truck options, plus groceries just up the road.The pool and shuffleboard court were also huge hits!If you are looking for simple, comfortable family accommodations, this is your place!

We at a great time here! Close to shopping, beach, and other amenities. Other than feeling the unit could use more in depth cleaning, it is well appointed with what are needs were. Would stay here again!
