He had a wonderful 9 day stay in this villa. The location is perfect! Walking distance to shopping/food/groceries. I walk to Island Vintage coffee every morning and get hot lunch or breakfast at queens market. The property is well kept and felt like we were at a resort. The property itself is clean ans spacious for our family of 5 (kids are 8, 10, & 15 yrs. old). Well equipped and clean. Complete with beach chairs, mat, cooler, etc. I would definitely recommend this property and would go back!
Condo was a great location, close to restaurants, Grocery stores and even the theatre. Condo is well equipped with cooking needs.

we love the property with its easy access to so many of the beautiful parts of the big island. We felt at home and had all the things we needed to have a restful amazing trip.
Kitchen was modern and well equipped, close to shopping, and beaches.

This was our second stay at the Fairway Villas! We love the location and proximity of the shops and dining options. Quiet property, relaxing pool and beautiful grounds. This was our first time renting through Knutson and Associates and our first stay in this particular unit. They are by far one of the best companies we’ve rented through. They have very thorough check in instructions and are extremely easy to get communicate with. Simple questions were answered quickly via text and they even followed up to make sure any issues were resolved. We’ve rented a lot in the past on the BI and other islands and I’m very impressed with their communication. The unit itself was well stocked with everything we needed for our 9 day stay. Kitchen had everything you needed for meals in, plenty of beach gear and towels. Overall our stay was very comfortable! Looking forward to return visits!
