Amazing condo. Perfect for a couple on their honeymoon or a family on vacation we really appreciate all the amenities and location. Super clean, comfortable beds, and amazing bathroom!
We totally enjoyed our stay at the property.
We stayed at this property for three weeks. It was clean and comfortable. The ground-floor location was ideal in that we got to enjoy the beautiful landscaping and tropical birds on the lanai, which felt especially spacious being next to the golf course. The condo was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, swimming pool, gym, and retail stores. We would love to stay here again.
It was a perfect location! Convenient to everything! The host was exceptional and very quick to response to my inquiries!

Our property manager was so helpful and responsive if we had a question. A beautifully decorated, well laid out condo with a beautiful view! We appreciated the little things like having laundry detergent, dish washing detergent and some of the essentials when we first arrived late at night. Loved the beautiful heated pool! Thank you for allowing us to stay!
The property is beautiful very close walking to shops. The condo is a little outdated but everything works. The price was great.
Unit G102 is as advertised. Spacious, modern and comfortable. Beach just a five minute walk away and access to many beautiful beaches within half an hour by car. The complex is on a golf course, so expect to hear landscapers briefly each morning, but it's a good reason to get up, see the sunrise, make coffee and start your day. Pool area is very nice. Large lap pool and two hot tubs enjoyed by all. The walks along the shore are endless starting in Waikoloa and heading north. Lots to see and do in this area, and the Vistas are a terrific homebase. The manager was responsive to emails when we had questions, and promptly dealt with repairing two exterior lights and our microwave, which was appreciated. Otherwise, no issues. We stayed seven nights and would definitely come back.
