The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight. It features a new refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, a new dishwasher, new microwave oven, and filtered drinking water at the sink. An open kitchen design allows you to watch the ocean while preparing meals that you can eat in the gracious dining area or dine “al fresco” on the teak outdoor dining set on the oceanfront lanai while watching the sunset. The outdoor BBQ grills are just steps outside the unit.
The master bedroom features a new split king-sized bed with individual controls to elevate the head and feet, as well as adjustable relaxing massage settings. Air conditioning, high quality linens and the most comfortable mattress combine for many restful, tropical slumbers. The huge window provides a panoramic view of the ocean, swaying palm trees and sunny Poipu skies. Custom cabinetry in the bedroom, dressing area and bathroom allows plenty of storage space and a TV.

We had an incredible stay here in Kauai! The property was well-kept, centrally located, and featured incredible views. The unit itself was spacious and fully loaded. The hosts are even kind enough to provide beach chairs, towels, and snorkel gear (the list goes on).
We loved seeing the sea turtles make their way on to the beach nearby in the afternoons. It is a must-see for anyone else in the area.
We would absolutely book with these hosts again. 10/10!

This home had everything we needed for our 7 day trip to Kauai. The location provides amazing views of the ocean and abundant sea turtles. Its proximity to local beaches was great. We cooked almost every night and enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the lanai.

This place is spectacular. Not a better view on the island. The location is perfect to navigate around. This unit has beach chairs, towels, washer and dryer. As a vacationer the beach chairs were key. We could explore the island and stop on a beach and sit comfortably.

If you want to hear the crashing of the ocean waves, this is a great property. It was also extremely well-stocked. Probably one of the best stocked vacation rentals that we have stayed at. It was a little small for our family of 2 adults, 3 boys (22,19, 17), however we made it work with supplied self inflating air mattresses. The pool is lovely, and there was always sea turtles in the little bay below the pool. This unit also has a/c and a dehumidifier, so that works out great for the south shore. Very close to nice beaches.

Perfect for our family stay. Beautiful view, right on the water. Quiet stay, felt like a family vacation home complete with all the amenities like snorkel gear, books on reef fish, Hawaiian names and meanings, etc. walking distance to great beaches and some restaurants. Loved the AC on warmer days.

We had everything we needed and more. Awoke each morning with coffee outside watching the waves crash and breathing the fresh smelling ocean air and plants. Short and beautiful walk to beaches or a swim in the pool. We totally enjoyed staying in this lovely home!

I stayed with my husband and his grandparents for four nights. We throughly enjoyed our stay! Nothing can beat the view of wildlife right from the lanai or the stargazing from the grass. We saw so many turtles and dolphins and our upstairs neighbors reported seeing a humpback whale breach. Although you cannot get in the water from this location the beach is just a 10min walk away. I really loved being able to sit on the grass and enjoy the ocean views. My grandparents were very comfortable although it is a little difficult to access for anyone with less mobility (steep parking lot, gravel walk way, there are elevators but still need to traverse walkway and parking lot to access them). This did not detract from my rating of the property, bringing it up here as info for anyone who needs to consider accessibility. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. We were also subject to a thunderstorm and flood watch during our stay. The power went out for several hours in the middle of the night causing WiFi to be down for the remainder of our stay. Despite this, the location experienced no flooding or lasting issues despite the amount of rain (we witnessed other areas becoming severely flooded). The appliances felt brand new and the kitchen was very well equipped (better than other stays I have had). Overall I would definitely stay again if I am ever back visiting Kauai!

This 2 bed, 2 bath condo is right on the water and perfect for 2 couples. Lots of options for things to do and eat locally, and easy to get anywhere on the Island for day trips. LOVED IT!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect as you could sit out on the Lanai and enjoy the unobstructed view of the ocean. My boys played around on the lanai and enjoyed the beautiful pool that sits of the cliff overlooking the ocean below. We could see turtles swimming as well. The Brennecke Beach is a very short walk from the property and we saw a TON of boogie boarders enjoying the small enclosed area. Our family enjoyed the included unlimited use and easy access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club. The al fresca gym was AMAZING! There is a pool there too! The kitchen was well equipped, we didn't use it as much as we thought we would, but if you like to cook on vacation, it's great! The sliding door had some rusted degradation on the locking mechanism latch. I called the managment and they got back to us right away. We ended up using a dowel to secure it "locked" when we were away or at night. It's a pretty safe area, but I'm sure the maintenance will address it upon our departure. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We did utilize the queen sized inflatable mattress for a 3rd bed. The first mattress I found had a rip in it but I was alerted that there was a recently purchased one, which I found in another closet that worked great! They have beach supplies. The bathrooms were well equipped with toiletries and kleenex/toilet paper. We will definitely come back again. It was a GREAT LOCATION and a PERFECT place to enjoy Kauai!!!!

We enjoyed staying on the 1st floor at Poipu Shores giving us access to the green area in front of the condo. It made for easy access to the pool as well. The condo is advertised for up to 6 people, which is why we chose it. I would stay that it is a big stretch as the air mattress use requred moving the dining table and chairs and the coffee table and then created inaccessible access from the primary bedrooom through the living room when it was out and up. Plus, in order to use the air mattress, it needed to be blown up and taken down after each use. There is nowhere to store it as it's inflated. Our party of 5 made it work by putting 3 people in the king size bed. Not ideal, but it made it less inconvenient for us than dealing with the limitations of the air mattress. We were 2 adults with 3 teenagers. I would not recommend this condo for a party of more than 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped and the lanai is great. The pool was nicer than we'd hoped with ample seating and shade via umbrellas. It was a quiet locaiton. Excellent air conditioning throughout and no musty smells as we've experienced in other Hawaiian condos. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. This being our 2nd time in Hawaii, we know that somethings are on island time, so requests took a little longer than we'd have liked, but were addressed sufficiently.
