Positives: This is a nice, open floor plan. Perfect for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Everyone had their own bathrooms which was a plus. Kitchen was well stocked and large with lots of cabinet space and a huge island. Lanai was really nice. Did appreciate the toilet paper, bathroom spray, lots of towels (bathing and for beach as well as beach chairs etc.) BBQ's were nice to have and close to the condo. Really liked that it had a washer and dryer as well as AC. Downsides...not super close to the beach so had to drive. Lots of dust on the fans as well as the tv's and windowsills so we had to get those wiped down and cleaned off (or else tons of black dust gets on the white comforter which we unfortunately found out). Sofa in main room could use a replacement. It is pretty worn and sinks when you sit down on it. One of the rooms was missing a remote for the tv which was unfortunate so no tv access in that room. Parking spot is very hard to get into if you have a larger vehicle. People staying at the condo upstairs were loud throughout the night (even though we thought there were quiet hours) and left beer cans near our front door. Pool is nice but very lots and lots of people use it. Workout area is nice and appeared clean.
We enjoyed our stay! It’s a nice size condo, plenty of room for 6 adults. Location was great! We had a small issue at the beginning of our stay, but we had a prompt response from our local host, and it was taken care of immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property, it was very clean, roomy, nicely decorated. Our group loved the 3 bedrooms with large beds in each and 3 separate bathrooms worked so well for us. It was easy to book, communication was great and we really appreciated the approval for early check in on the day of arrival.

This place was exactly where we wanted to be. The layout of the home is perfect for our family. It was a short distance from Poipu where we went everyday to snorkel. Very clean and neat. Thank you for a great stay.
This was the PERFECT place for my family! We walked into the unit and my family said “mom, you did good! This is going to be the best week ever! This location is beautiful!” We loved having separate bedrooms and our own bath, it was stocked with everything we needed- from kitchen supplies to beach supplies to a pack and play! The shampoo and conditioner smelled so yummy, we spent lots of time relaxing on the cozy sofa and patio furniture. We went to the pool everyday, it was literally dreamy! We did not want to leave and hope to come back soon! Thank you!
My family and I had an amazing stay at the condo. Spacious and as advertised in the pictures. Wonderful location…easy walk to coffee and Poipu beach wa perfect for little kids. Loved it. Will be back!

Great location and love the proximity to the pool and hot tub and just a short drive down the road to beautiful sunny Poipu beach. A great view from the back lanai of mountains, palm trees and lush garden grounds. Also loved the visits from the rooster and hens and chicks. Condo is beautifully decorated and very clean.. We look forward to staying here again!

Great vacation rental. Conveniently located close to Poipu beach. Property provided everything our family needed during our stay. Everyone was comfortable and happy. We really appreciate the property host Holly, who was very prompt and professional in responding to our questions. We are especially grateful for the late checkout saving our family a lot of stress; thank you! We will look to returning to this property the next time we visit Kauai.
We really enjoyed staying at Pili Mai! It was a very short drive to several great beaches and hikes. We liked that we were relatively close to Waimea Canyon. Our family of 4 really liked having 3 full baths whenever we came back from the beach or pool. There are plenty of restaurants in the nearby shopping center and up the road in Koloa. We enjoyed That Indian Restaurant, Papalani Gelato, Koloa Pizza Kitchen, Koloa Food Trucks, Koloa Mill Ice Cream, Puka Dog.

Our family of 5 had an incredible stay at Pili Mai and found everything we needed for our time there. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and toilet paper for the week. There was hand soap and basic cleaning supplies in the closet. Plenty of trash bags and soap were available for dishes, laundry supplies to wash towels and sheets. We had rooster friends who would come by throughout the day, and were within a few minute drive of the Aulii Luau and Poipu beach. We used the pool facilities a few times and the barbecues most nights. It was quiet enough that we didn’t hear any road noise, but close to many shops and beaches.
Overall, great. Listing made it seem closer to the beach than it actually was, but not a big deal. There weren’t clear check out instructions, just threats of “if it’s dirty, you will pay extra”. We would have liked to understand the requirements more to ensure we didn’t get an extra charge added. We wanted to be good visitors.

Beautiful and very well appointed unit. Grounds are extremely well maintained, though very dark at night. Poipu Beach was only a few minute drive away.

I almost don't want to write a review and give away this gem. Perfect spot for a family of 4 on a week long trip, although we felt settled in enough to stay even longer. The onsite host was super nice and responsive and you'll have everything you need to cook there or order in. Close proximity to the pool which is very useful with kids. You aren't more than 1 or 2 miles from any shopping or beaches and easy access to Koloa and Lihu'e or Port Allen/Hanapepe for boating expeditions. Everything a little better than advertised IMHO.
The condo was in great shape, with an abundant amount of kitchenware and disposable supplies. Location was great for us, and its large size was beneficial for 6 adults to stay very easily. We loved it
