Accurately displayed in photos, view of ocean is even better than photos show! Amazing location steps to beach, easy drive to anything else. Only hiccup was check in process/communication from property management group. Email said would receive text with check-in info seven days before check in day, but never got anything, had to call to receive them. Then upon check in front desk didn’t have our reservation so had to fill out a bunch of paperwork for them and wait quite a while for them to enter everything into the computer. Other than those 2 things everything was great! We would return.

This was our second time staying at the Maui Ka’anapali Villas, but the first time in this unit. Conveniently located by the pool with views of the ocean. Unit itself could use some repairs, but all very minor such as paint. Overall, great place for a couple. We had our teenage son with us who slept on the pullout and it got to be a bit tight. He is 6’5” so perhaps that had something to do with it (ha, ha). Price for the unit was exceptional, especially after hearing what other guests paid for their room while chatting at the pool.

The property was clean and spacious, and the location is perfect! Easy access to beaches and restaurants. Right on the beach walk. Highly recommend!

The sofa sleeper was extremely uncomfortable, the washer in the unit didn't work. The place needs a deep clean and attention to detail. The front desk staff was not friendly nor was the staff at the restaurant. The location was amazing!

2nd time renting in property. Location on second level with only stairs for access. Close to many amenities which made it convenient. Fine size for 2 guests. Washer did not operate, but concerns were taken care of. Would consider again.

Other then no stopper for the kitchen sink, the washer didn’t work & the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly. This unit was amazing and I definitely would go back.

A few requests: fix the drain in the bathroom sink: there is no sink stopper in the kitchen to allow dish washing; the mattress on the bed needs an upgrade, the box that contains the bed is a hazard; directions are needed to operate the TV; the washing machine does’t work(our clothes were stuck for two days). Patio has great view of pool and ocean. So easy to run back up and get forgotten items or snacks. The unit could use a little facelift.
