A couple of minutes away from Kamaole Beach I, one of the great beaches on the sunny South shore. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom. Property has been remodeled but like 15 years ago. Needs new kitchenware and bedding. Overall a good place though.

Maui Sunset condos is a great complex. Everyone is very friendly. The cond was nicely furnished with the exception of the mattress in the bedroom, it could use some extra padding.

This was my fourth year at the Maui Sunset. Reasonable price, great Kihei location, and beautiful grounds bring me back. Each unit has been individually owned and managed by Kumulani. The variety, age and condition of furniture, linens, and housewares varies, depending on the owner. All in all, my annual monthly stays have been great. And the sunsets are storybook beautiful.

This is a clean, pleasant place with everything we needed. The kitchen was lovely… and two bathrooms, oh my! Even though our balcony was billed as only a partial ocean view, it still was very good. One night we made hamburgers on the outside barbecue, and it worked very well. Only small complaint might be that we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work, and cell service was inconsistent. We would stay here again.
