This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was just as amazing as the first! The home is immaculate and spacious with breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. What we loved most was that this home was fully stocked with everything that we would need for cooking meals and spending time at the beach. The nearby beaches are excellent for snorkeling, where we were able to swim with turtles and the most beautiful fish! We will continue to stay at this same home when we visit in the future. Overall an amazing experience with great memories being made.

This place felt like home. Wonderful kitchen and great view to drink morning coffee looking at the pacific. 45-60 second walk to the beach and easy drive to all the north shore beaches. This location is remote from everywhere except Hanalei…which for us was perfect. 10/10 would stay here again

This home is even more beautiful in person—it exceeded our expectations, and we’re picky! Not shown in the photos is a spacious wrap-around deck with ocean or mountain views from every angle—complete with a BBQ, large dining table, chairs, and chaise lounges. We stopped at Costco on our way for provisions and prepared several delicious meals in the well-appointed, upscale kitchen. The blender was missing, but the host, Lu, graciously dropped off a new one the same day so we could enjoy our piña coladas!The short walking path from the driveway to the quiet, pristine beach is incredible—and it’s just a 2-mile round-trip walk to the famed Tunnels Beach (shown in the rainbow photo), which is absolutely gorgeous. If you go to Hāʻena State Park (which we highly recommend), the shuttle—by request—stops next door at the Colony Resort. Super convenient! Our kids walked to the Opakapaka restaurant there and said it had a great vibe.I hope to make it back here someday. What a beautiful home and quiet location—truly first-class. Everyone loved it and felt indulged. It was a fantastic vacation for us.
Barely one minute walk to the beach. House was spotless and fully stocked. Property manager was available to answer all questions and even came over to replace batteries for a fan remote control. Totally worth the price!
We loved it here for our family. We had everything we needed at night and enjoyed the beaches and views during the day!

We had a phenomenal stay in the most picturesque location. Great house, comfortable and relaxing and well appointed. Lots of extras like beach towels, chairs and cooler. Only consideration (nothing the fault of the property) would be to consider driving time and location of island activities as you are quite remote. We would all love to come back.

The house is wonderful. It was exceptionally clean and all essential supplies were included. The beach is beautiful and easy to get to. I do have one complaint and I hope you will view this as constructive criticism. This is not a beachfront or oceanfront property as advertised. The image under the location tab indicates the house across the street, which is beachside. It was difficult to find the house after we realized that the house location was not identified correctly on your web site. The house number cannot be seen at night as there are no street lights and the house is recessed and surrounded by shrubbery. The cell service in the area is poor and we could not access google maps. I feel you would be doing potential guests and your company a service if you changed the satellite image on the location tab, clarified what you mean by 30 steps from the beach and did not advertise this as an ocean front property.

Beautiful house with a lot of Windows with beautiful views. I can see ocean. I love large deck around all house where we had morning coffee or dinner. Kitchen has everything what we needed. Just two minutes to walk to the beach. Very good quiet neighborhood. My master bed was very comfortable and my bedroom had separate doors to go outside or to deck. Manager was very easy to communicate with. Definitely we will come back.

This is the second time we were lucky enough to stay in this amazing home. Everything about this home is special and welcoming. It’s modern, breezy, has every appliance you could need in the kitchen, comfy sheets on the incredibly comfy beds, plenty of bath and beach towels, a yoga mat. You can walk around the amazing porch, that looks out at both the gorgeous tropical mountains and the gorgeous beach! You can watch the sunrise every morning by walking down the simple pathway. I mean, it’s just the best rental we have ever been to. We feel blessed to have been back again and would be honored to be able to stay again in the future.
This beautiful home was the gem to our Hawaiian vacation! Located in a quiet neighborhood within steps to the beach. One of the most well appointed homes we've rented through VRBO as far as ammenities and a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking for family and friends while enjoying the beautiful view! Excellent communication with the house manager when we needed her. Kauai is our favorite of the Hawaiian Islands and this home is now a favorite too!

This Haena home was absolutely lovely. The house is comfortably furnished and is just a 2 minute walk to an empty reef beach. Unfortunately for us the HVAC system broke just a few days before we arrived in two of the bedrooms. The master was perfectly fine so we tried to tough it out but it was just too hot for the kiddos, so our amazing Hawai’i Life hosts worked with us to transfer to a different property. Everyone was so kind and helpful- so much aloha! We’d be honored to stay there again. Had it been any other season of the year, the A/C would not have even been an issue for us. I would recommend both the home and the hosts without any hesitation.

We loved this house and the location close to a beautiful beach. But, the ac units in the bedrooms hardly worked at all. They were serviced a month prior to our visit, so maybe they need replacing. Mgmt wasn't very responsive during our stay, and couldn't get someone out to look. They told us the ac is working properly (if so, you're going to have very warm bedrooms!). It was only in the 70s while we were so it wasn't even that hot. We didn't get a satisfactory refund for our trouble.
A beautiful home a stones throw from a lovely quiet beach. The beach is safe for snorkeling, swimming, or just watching the sunrise and set.
You could easily walk to the well known tunnels beach and not have to worry about parking.
Home came well equiped with beach essentials
as well as all the necessary cooking esseantials to make
great family meals. My favorite part was awaking every morning and seeing the sunrise from my bed.
From the mountains to the ocean and lush tropical greenery in between, the views are unmatched. We were a group of 6 and had more than enough room in this spacious, clean and well appointed home. It has everything thing you need and more. The short path to a private beach is the icing on the cake! We would definitely stay here again!
