Great location and ocean view. Easy beach access just steps away. The fridge didn’t close properly, needs to be updated. Since there’s no central AC, updated and more efficient and quiet fans would have helped tremendously with the hot weather.

I feel so validated by the description of the property being “recently renovated.” I, too, feel that the early 2000s were recent, and want to thank the host for backing me up on this. Age of the furniture and unit are apparent. Lack of AC was noticeable, even in December. Beautiful location, felt safe, mostly quiet. Overall, good value for the price. We were happy with our time here.

We liked that it was close to the transit system. The front bedroom window faces busy street and the rear patio is steps from pool that you are required to sign up prior to use. Dated furniture and need of some maintenance items. Communication with property manager was good.

Our experience at this property was wonderful! The condo as everything you need for your stay- it truly felt like home. We did not know there were COVID precautions with the pool before arriving. Currently, there are no lounge chairs, and you have to reserve a time to use the pool. However, there were plenty of available slots to reserve ahead of time! The condo comes with two lounge chairs which we used on the pool deck, yard space in front of the pool, as well as at the beach. It was a wonderful stay over all!
