Pris: On the ocean, you ear the waves, view on the nearby islands: nice location.Appartement well equipped, including beach equipment (snorkeling, kids toy, . . .)Clean and everything in order.Easy parking.Cons: noisy AC (you do not need much AC) and some bugs issues. The owner said the building will be tented next week.
What a great property! The ocean front view, the location to restaurant/bars/ awesome food trucks. We had a great time staying here. The unit was clean and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time. Kitchen was stocked with pots pans/ even some sauces and seasonings for cooking. There was snorkel gear and boogie boards, beach chairs and a cooler. We had a great time here.
Beautiful condo, close to the ocean. You can watch a sunset every night there. The area was calm and lovely too with lots of palm trees. John was quick to reply and help out with any questions I had. Could not have had a better stay.
John was great to work with and his home is wonderful. Stayed here with our 9 year old son and it was great. Loved the ground floor access and the size was perfect for our family. Amenities were more than sufficient (TONS of snorkeling gear). Kitchen has everything you need and there were plenty of nice tidbits left (oil, spices, etc). Sitting on the patio watching whales was a daily occurrence. Loved it!

We watched whales play from the Lanai. There were Sea turtles eating on the rocks every day. Definitely would stay again.

The view! The view! 30 feet from the ocean. Nothing more relaxing than listening to the ocean waves, watching them roll in and the beautiful sunshine. This place is lovely- well appointed with amenities of home. It was home away from home - except better weather! Location is close to shops, stores and sightseeing with beaches close by. The host was responsive and kind. We loved it here. Spent 9 days and wish we could have stayed longer
Condo had everything we needed and is right on the ocean. Close to beaches and restaurants.
The apartment has awesome view, convenient locations, everything was as described in the online listing. Upon arrival we found brown stains on the toilet and the hair dryer, John responded really fast and sent someone to clean it. Some kitchen utensils also don’t look clean. Overall ok with the price.
ok some of the furniture was old & outdated. bedroom had garbage under bed from previous stay? not sure how long it has been there. Only 1 wine glass so bought 4 new ones to leave at the property. They were 7.00 at ross not a bad price . No beach acess but beaches were close by. Bedroom tv inop. Not a big deal but still it did not work no cable connection.
Wonderful condo location right on the water. You can walk out to it and enjoy the view. There is swimming access, but no real beach. Peacful buidling that doesnt feel crowded at all. There's a heated pool as well. The kitchen has all the ammenities of home and there are two big TVs, AC, fans, a couch, etc. Some beach gear is availbale to borrow abd the condo complex has paid laundry facoloties to use. Simply amazing.
The stay was amazing and in a quiet location. You walk right out to the ocean and can sit and enjoy coffee while listening to the waves or enjoy dinner watching the sunset. We saw 3 turtles while snorkeling right here too! Wonderful stay!
This is in a very nice location (a few blocks outside of the congested tourist resort area). It was quiet, yet only minutes from the best beaches on Maui. The patio and lawn next to the ocean were the best part. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings outside on the patio or lawn. We snorkeled only feet away for a few minutes each day right at the location and were always surrounded by turtles.
The turtles love this place! The condo was fantastic, everything we needed and plenty of room for my daughter and me. I loved sitting on the patio with my coffee in the morning and a cocktail at sunset. Saw whale spouts, eels, jumping fish and turtles. Very active with marine life. I loved it all. Thank you and highly recommend.

Loved the location, unit was exactly as described. Owner very responsive and helpful. Saw lots of turtles and whales. Would gladly stay in this unit again! Only negative was really only one wine glass!
