Great location between Kaanapali and Kapalua.
I really liked this condo, my stay was very enjoyable. The location of this condo within the complex is very convenient. It's close to the pool, parking lot and trash disposal. The property itself is very nice, super clean, and very, very quiet. The pool area is nice also, most of the time I had the pool to myself. The condo is very clean, and comfortable. The bed is comfy and although I didn't cook, the kitchen had everything you would need to do so. I only have one small critique, I wish there would have wine glasses, felt weird drinking wine out of a water glass. But I survived!!

We really enjoyed staying at Wendy’s place for our anniversary trip. The complex is quiet and clean and the neighbors are friendly. The location is great and close by to some of our favorite beaches in West Maui.

We had such a great stay! The apartment was just what we needed. It had no AC so it was a little hot at night but the fans and windows open worked fine. The view of the ocean and the sea turtles were fantastic!
We loved the condo. It was located directly on the ocean with a beautiful view just steps away. We saw whales in the distance and many sea turtles. It was also nice to have beach chairs and two beach towels available for our use. Thank you!!!
Beautiful property next to the pool and on the ocean. Sea turtles came to the sea wall to munch on grass every day around dinner time. Great snorkeling in nearby Napili bay
We had a wonderful almost 2 week stay here! It was the perfect size for two people and was equipped with everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, mats, etc.), cooking and barbecuing, and for a comfortable stay. The location was great - close to many good beaches, groceries, places to eat, and we could easily drive to other places on the island. The complex felt safe, peaceful, well kept, and quiet. We were never too hot since there are 2 ceiling fans and both doors and some vents can be opened to let the breeze through. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Great view from the dining table or patio, and you can go to the upper deck above the pool for a great view of the sunset and whale watching. The communication was very clear and the check-in/out process was simple. We would definitely stay here again!
This was a great property. Very well kept. It was nice and quiet, right by the ocean, and you could hear the surf at night. The only small issue was with the number of towels we were provided. Given the amount of time you spend outside and need to shower sometimes twice a day, it would been nice to have one or two more bath towels. Other than the very minor thing it was fabulous.
Weneki’s Island Paradise was fantastic!! Wendy, the host, was very accessible, communicative and super easy to work with! The studio was just perfect for my husband and I to stay while celebrating our anniversary! It was a great home base to start and end our days which will filled with exploring the island. It was very easy to get around from the location. We didn’t spend much time at the condo but the time we did spend there was very nice! We had friendly neighbors, nice deck with gorgeous views of the ocean, two neighboring islands and many rainbows! We were even able to see a sea turtle one day! We loved it there and would definitely visit again!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. The unit is perfect for two people and the kitchen cupboards have everything a cook needs. The grounds are kept neat and clean. The pool is nice and there are two grills. The lanai faces west; beautiful colors at sunset. The deck off the pool is a great place to take in ocean views and boats that go by.
Wendy went out of her way To help us set the TV up. And finally,, wonderful location for golfers. I would recommend this rental property.

Very nice and clean unit. Simple but great. Nice pool and ocean view deck. Easy check in with lock box code. Kitchen well stocked. Owner very proactive contacting us, helping fix TV issues, and follow-up. Would definitely use this unit/owner in future

This place was perfect size for my fiancé and I! You do have to drive or walk a fair distance for any beach but that didn’t bother us as we had a rental car. Wendy was very speedy and prompt when I had questions. & We enjoyed our stay!

Besides the hurricane passing by the islands it was a great stay, the place was exactly as advertised. We would stay here again for sure.

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying in this property. We found it just like the description said and photos reflected. Wendy was a great host and she was prompt with her responses. I would recommend this to anyone. The lack of A/C did not bother us too much, as we like a warm room, but it is maybe the only drawback for some people who are used to a cooler home.
In this era of global warming the bar must be raised to obtain a 5 star rating. VRBO needs to be more up front in requiring owners to include the type of climate controls the rental unit contains. Rentals not capable of maintaining a 70 F temp and humidity control should have that noted upfront in the property description.
Overall the unit was clean and well equipped. Kitchen well equipped, bathroom and shower clean, beds and furniture comfortable. All appliances worked well.
We loved our stay here! The condo was clean and tidy and had all the beach gear we needed which was awesome! They had snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. The location was great and easy to drive to the popular Kaanapali beaches, but there were local places that were walking distance too.
Great comfy condo with all the amenities that we required. Beautiful evening sunsets and the turtles came to the outer ocean wall nightly. Although the unit has no AC we never felt hot with the tropical breeze, ceiling fans and one portable fan. Highly recommend this unit for 2 people.
Awesome location, super cute little homestead that was comfortable, clean and easy to enjoy! Wendy was amazing with communication and made us feel extremely welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone!
We certainly enjoyed our time at this property. A little concerned that it did not have air conditioning, but the morning/evening breeze would cool it down nicely. Wish we could have enjoyed the nice pool and grounds more, but the sun did not cooperate!
The Hale Ona Loa has fabulous grounds. We enjoy watching the whales each morning on the raised sundeck. The condo was small but the price was great. It had all the beach gear that was needed.
