We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great! And the athletic club was so nice to have for our last day after checkout before our flights.

Nice two bed/two bath apartment to stay at near Poipu beach. Really easy to get to the beach and other locations nearby. Note that this is the first floor and there is another rental above this one. If there are little children running around above you it might be noisy. All the furniture and amenities were clean and working well.

There were definitely cleanliness issues but otherwise the place is great. Our biggest issue was no bedding provided for the hideabed for our son. Two nights with no bedding until that got fixed.

This was a great place to explore Kauai.
We were close to two beaches that had nice skin diving and boarding opportunities.

We’re from
California and met our friends from Texas who stayed with us. The location was perfect! We were steps from the beach and saw awesome sunsets each night. Walking distance to good hangouts and good food. We were able to drive to Princeville one day and do Waimea Canyon on another and still had time to stop at interesting spots along the way. We loved our stay at this cute beach house.

I’ve never been to such a tight $ property on Kauai, granted I have been coming since 1980.my dad has been to Niihau and we just came for a funeral. The management or owner is tight and not flown, no Aloha, no mahalo. very limited toilet paper, 2 beach towels for four people, no dishwasher soap so that we could wash our own dishes in hopes to help so we used no soap🌴with cleanliness. I did speak with others and this person is a newbie he just bought the place and apparently hasn’t rented many places before. I did like the fact they have air-conditioning and we were right near the beach. The pool is not on premises just make note if you have kids you will be packing them up for pool utilization.it you drive there and it’s a pain In the booty,To get there. The only reason they signed up for a health club membership is so he could say that there is a pool when you have your filter. Also there are cockroaches however I don’t think people should be spraying the heck out of bugs in Kauai because I care about the marine life and birds there. The person that recently bought said property has never stayed at a vrbo before. Or owned one, of which I have experience in both. Spend the extra dough go to Poipu shores.
