We stayed at Patsy and Bruce’s condo for five nights and couldn’t be happier with our experience.The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the community’s ocean-view swimming pool and one of the island’s best beaches. There’s plenty of convenient parking nearby, covered by beautiful flowering plants, just steps from the condo.The condo itself is spotless and tastefully decorated, with a lovely private patio that’s perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including towels, dishes, and more, truly a home away from home.What made our stay especially memorable, though, were the hosts, Patsy and Bruce. Not only were they extremely responsive and helpful with tips and information, but they also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. For example, while we’re used to seeing a locked “owner’s closet” at other rentals, Patsy and Bruce generously let us use theirs, complete with snorkel gear, beach chairs, and other beach essentials. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly at home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the island!
The property is in a great location. They have everything you need in the condo for a stay on the island. They have all the amenities and some extras. We were pleased to find some nice beach chairs and bags that you could use for the beach or a day of exploration on the island. The kitchen is fully stocked of items that you may need/want to cook meals or stay in for the night. It was a quick walk to the beach where we had better luck seeing wildlife (turtles, fish and monk seals) than we did on our paid day trip, snorkeling. It is close to some shops and restaurants, but if you decide to go to a grocery store to get some supplies for the week, make the trip to the nice grocery store. The one that is close by is not very nice and much more expensive. We had a great time and the condo was a just what we wanted/needed. I would recommend it to anyone who is vacationing and wants to be in a nice area and within a decent driving distance to most of the major sites.
Everything about our experience staying in this condo was A+. The communication with the hosts from the moment I booked it through check out was prompt, helpful, and friendly. The location couldn't be better, just steps away to the best part of Poipu beach and the perfect landing spot after adventuring to different parts of the south shore. The condo had every thing that you could want to make your stay relaxing and convenient. I loved that there was a britta filter in the fridge so I didn't have to buy tons of water bottles and waste all that plastic. There were all the beach recreation and chairs available you would want, a full stocked kitchen, and bathroom with extra soaps, etc. The bed was comfortable, the TV had all the smart channels, making it easy to watch, and the lanai was a comfortable place to hang out to eat breakfast or read. The condo was beautifully decorated, you can tell a lot of love went into it to make it a special place for guests. Also, we rented their car through Turo which I would inquire about and take advantage of as it was the same great experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This property is located within a five minute walk to Brenneke's Beach. It is very clean and stocked with all amenities which makes for an enjoyable stay. The community is quiet and the grounds are amazingly clean and well kept. Plenty of covered parking right within 40 feet of the front door. Access to the Poipu Athletic Club is a nice bonus. What I was impressed with the most is how the management responded immediately to all questions. I would highly recommend this condo for a couple looking for a great escape.
