Feel at home in paradise and enjoy the amazing panoramic ocean view from this beautifully appointed condo. Our unit was completely remodeled! Tasteful decor and accents can be found throughout the entire unit. Much thought and love went into the remodeling as it is not just a vacation rental, it is also our second home. This is not the typical vacation rental condo.

Sleeping Accommodations:
This beautiful 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit is intended and best suited for 2 people! There is a King size bed in the bedroom. A new mattress was purchased in June 2018. The Lady Americana Camelot mattress has individually wrapped coils and Gel Memory Foam. This 485 square foot unit also has a Queen size sofa bed in the living room; however, please be aware that it may be too tight when utilized (when the sofa bed is pulled out there is not much room to walk around in the living room area).
Air Conditioning:
There is a wall-mounted air conditioner ONLY in the bedroom.
Central air conditioning is NOT permitted in The Kuleana complex. Air conditioners are only allowed in the bedroom. If you require central air conditioning then this condo is not a good fit for you.
There are 2 ceiling fans in the unit (1 in the living room & 1 in the bedroom).
There is also a portable fan in case it is needed.
Bathroom:
The bathroom contains a beautiful walk-in shower. There is no bathtub in the unit. Please note that the vanity and sink in the bathroom is high (vanity is 36" high plus the marble vessel sink on top is another 5" high) making it difficult for children to reach.
Linens & Towels:
All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your use during your stay.
Unit Location:
Our unit is located on the 3rd (top floor) so there is no foot traffic to disrupt your privacy and experience. The Kuleana is not a high rise condominium complex. There are NO ELEVATORS on the property. There are 3 flights (7 steps per flight) to reach our unit. There is no one...

The view from the balcony is incredible! Place was clean, updated and had everything you would need . The on-site pool temp was perfect as well.

We have nothing bad to say and everything good to say! Lilly made it easy to check in, the condo was clean, and the lanai was the best! We had some rain but due to the lanai we were able to sit out, drink wine, and watch the whales! The pool area was very nice and the location great. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Lily for a great few days!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Great location with easy access to beaches, parks, retail and the Lahaina shops. The unit has been recently updated and was well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. An added bonus was watching whales from the balcony and looking for turtles at the property shoreline. Will definitely book this unit again on our next trip to Maui.

Beautiful, quiet property in a perfect location for whale watching. We spent hours on the lanai watching them right in front of the property. The condo was perfect for the two of us and we hate to leave.

If itβs time for a new hobby in your life, this is the perfect place to discover that RELAXING is an underrated hobby! Sit on the lanai and take in the gorgeous views while doing little else but enjoying coffee or a snack. Ahhhh, maybe a dip in the pool or snorkeling off the resort beach, but the best is simply relaxing. The condo is tastefully decorated and has all that you will need to provide a great stay. Aloha.

We had a very relaxing time at your lovely condo. It was very clean and comfortable. It rained the whole time but we still enjoyed the warm pool and the whale watching was amazing from the lanai.

We saw sea turtles right off the beach out back of the property. Amazingly beautiful, close to town and everything you need as well as private.
Great spot, would definitely choose to stay here again. The owner was attentive, gave great information and was a pleasure to work with.

Very nice condo, well stocked kitchen. Clean, easy parking, good location. The AC in the bedroom was appreciated and nice that it has a washer and dryer.

We have rented many, many homes and condos throughout the country. I have to say that this was one of our very top three if not number one that we have ever experienced. The pictures were beautiful, but it is even better in person. the accommodations, the little extras that Lily added to the condo, her decorating skills, they are amazing. And the view, wow!! you just have to experience it yourself! We cannot wait to come back. I highly, highly recommend, this condo on VRBO in Maui! Thanks for the memories. See you again soon!
