Our 1531 sq. foot penthouse villa, located on the top floor of a three-floor villa, has three bedrooms, two baths. Stretch out and relax in this well appointed, spacious, tastefully furnished condo. You'll find peace and quiet with all the comforts and conveniences of home.
D34 in a non-smoking, no pets villa that has the privacy and feel of an upscale individual home with luxury furnishings, air conditioning and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury villa. Seating for 6 at the dining table plus bar stools provide ample seating for meals. The living room features a comfortable queen sized pull out sofa with a 50' Flat Screen TV, DVD, VCR, WiFi, and many other entertainment options. The living room, dining room and kitchen all have a beautiful tiled floor which is ideal to island lifestyle.
The granite counter kitchen will accommodate any gourmet cook with essentials including a glass-top stove, full oven, over-the-range-microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, double sinks with filtered water and disposal, also multiple small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, etc...). Cooking utensils, knives, and pots and pans are waiting to be used. If your idea of vacation cooking is simply brewing a cup of famous Kona coffee, then many world-class local restaurants await you.
The master suite features a king bed,(new mattress 2016) designer furniture, 30' Flat Screen cable TV and ceiling fan, it adjoins a spacious bathroom with two separate sinks, walk-in glass shower (renovated 2018), separate walk-in closet and commode room. My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful fairway unit at Waikaloa. We have stayed at various rentals at the Waikaloa Resort for the past twelve years and this unit tops them all with a golden 5 star rating in all aspects . This is our 4th trip to the big island and definitely one of my favorite units Iโve stayed in. It is well equipped, clean and you canโt beat the location.

We stayed in appartment with teenage kids. Appartment was exactly as described. No surprises and comunication with owners was very easy all the time. Location in Waikoloa is great, close to two shopping centres and walking distance to beach. Really quiet and relaxed neighbourhood. Probably car still needed to do larger shopings e.g. in Kona and sightseeing. I can definettely recommend!

The condo was beautifully furnished, nice kitchen pots & pans, beds were very comfortable. Owner was always responsive to questions, was very helpful and friendly. I would rent it again.

This Villa is awesome. Great location! We were visiting family in Kona, Waimea, North Kohala, and Hilo. This is a great middle point for us. The villa was beautifully decorated and there were alot of extras! Would like to rent again when our timeshare is unavailable.

We had a great week on this D34 Fairway Villas Condo. The condo is in excellent condition in a great area of Waikoloa Beach. Everything was perfect inside and outside of this condo. It is within walking distance of the Kings and Queens shopping centers and the A Beach. Great accommodations, and restaurants with great food in the nearby shopping centers and the overall area.
