    This was a great location with out paying the premium of beach front. The condo was super modern and well styled. The condo sleeps 6 and caters for 6 however you do have to pack up the sofa bed. Having access to boogie boards and snorkels was a plus!

    We enjoyed a 4-night stay at this 2BR condo and it was just right. We were traveling with my elderly mother-in-law and appreciated the accessibility of the unit. It was absolutely sparkling clean when we arrived, and well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and sheets were incredibly soft. Instructions were very clear and the company checked in on us by text a few times during our stay. We had a view of the golf course just beyond the back door but it also felt private and secluded. Only a couple of small critiques - 1. There are instruction signs EVERYWHERE in the unit and although we got used to them, everyone found them a bit jarring and stressful when we arrived. We appreciate the desire to protect the owners property but it bordered on making us feel unwelcome. 2. The complex itself seems to be a mix of retiree full-time residents and short-term rentals. There are very strict rules about visitors, noise, etc. that give the feel that the residents may not want the short-term guests there at all. This isn’t Vacasa’s fault at all but rather the general feel of the community. Note that the smoking rules are quite strict (which is fine with me) but it meant my son had to escort my mother-in-law quite far anytime she wanted to smoke. The location is excellent - a 5 minute walk to two different shopping centers including a grocery store. We were able to prepare our own breakfasts and lunches at home which saved a ton of time and money. It’s also minutes from a great beach (next to Lava Lava Beach Club) which is ideal for a laid back beach day. All in all we would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again!

    Beautiful, spotless, updated condo. It was stocked with everything we needed right down to the beach chairs and snorkel equipment. The set of golf clubs was a real plus too. Management team was very attentive. Wish we could have stayed longer.

    We completely loved our stay at Fairway Villas D3. Everything was perfect, from check in, to the condo itself, the property, pool, location! The condo had everything we needed and more… the little extras were so nice. It was well stocked, very clean and the property management company checked in with us several times. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to come stay here again!

    Perfect place to stay with your family or friends to relax and rejuvenate! Close to a shopping center and restaurants. If you love to golf, this is a perfect location for you! Highly recommend this place to rent!
