This was a great place to stay! Great location for walking to beach, shops and restaurants. The space is comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and beach gear.
I have been staying at Fairway Villas condos every year for 15 years now and this was one of my top favorite units. It was definitely the most well-stocked condo I have stayed in! The kitchen was stocked with various spices, oils and condiments, as well as seran wrap and baggies (which is rare but very appreciated!) There was also plenty of paper towels, laundry pods, etc. There are also lots of beach chairs, toys, a beach umbrella and backpack cooler bag for use if you are going to A-bay or other nearby beaches, as well as a basket full of beach towels for use. The unit is nicely decorated and cofortable. I loved being able to sit on the lanai in the morning and drink my coffee while watching the sunrise!! Chris, was wonderful to work with! I had several questions before my stay and he was always quick to reply and super accommodating, ensuring that we had a great stay! Check in was smooth and easy with clear instructions and keyless entry. I will definitely look to book this unit again for my next visit. This is great property for the price!
I stayed in many places in this area. Most of them fail at two basic things:
* Proper bed (most of them looked like found in a dumpster)
* Proper AC (that is quiet and does not wake you up at night).
This place nailed it. Comfortable bed and 2 stage AC that is very quiet at night. We spend all the time outside, so this is pretty much all we need from a rental :) The only downside I can think of is foot steps you can hear from the unit above, but it is possible we got unlucky with renters above us.
Unit was clean, and did not feel dated. Everything was great. Would come back.
If owner is open to suggestions, I would ditch old-school TV cabinet furniture (both living room and bedroom). I know it is pretty common in this resort area, but they take so much space and absolute eye sore :) Oh, shower head sucks :), but I never seen a good one in this resort.

The owner was so polite. The place was immaculate. It was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Definitely a beautiful you can tell the owner. Made sure there was so many extras. We’ve been coming for six years and we left the idea that it was straight in on the bottom floor. Always a great stay is my favorite and walking to King and Queen walk to the beach and watch the sunset.
