Please note that the property grounds are shared with two other cottages. This unit is one of three units in a compound. Each unit has its own separate entrance.
Guests will have access to the entire private unit.

*Please note that house access requires climbing approximately 20 stairs from the street, then additional stairs to enter the unit. While this may be a challenge for some guests, peaceful surroundings make it well worth the climb. Due to Hawaii's warm, tropical climate, it's not uncommon to occasionally encounter small critters, even indoors. We take great care to manage this by regularly cleaning and treating the property, but the natural environment can sometimes invite these little visitors inside. As a friendly reminder, we do have a regular pest company servicing our home.
Additionally, please be aware that the local frogs can be quite vocal at night, which may keep you up if you're not used to the sounds of nature.
No Shoes Policy: To ensure a clean environment and avoid carpet/rug stains, we do not allow shoes indoors.
No Party Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted within the premises.
Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Responsibly Flush: Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else (This includes baby wipes and “flushable” baby wipes). Any plumbing clogs will result in a repair fee.
