bedroom condo set on the second story at Kona Coffee Villas.
The condo community of mostly local residents is set at a comfortably cool 1,500
foot elevation, a 15-minute drive from the beaches and shops along Alii Drive, boat
tours at Keauhou Bay and golf. You'll have your own covered parking space, laundry,
and access to a community solar-heated pool, hot tub, barbecue area, basketball and
tennis courts.
View banana plants and massive mango trees from your bedroom window. One
bedroom has two twin beds and the other offers a king sized bed - each room with its
own TV and spacious closet. Both bathrooms are beautifully appointed. One includes a
walk-in tile shower and the other features a tub with shower fixtures. Stacking washer
and dryer are nearby.
The kitchen is elegantly designed with abundant cabinet and counter space so
you'll have everything you need to prepare your favorite island fare. You could also
stroll over to Teshima's Restaurant for an authentic taste of Hawaii, the Japanese
restaurant has been a local favorite for more than 60 years.
There is so much to do in the area from touring a Kona Coffee farm to kayaking

Nice and cool for Kona. Beautiful view.

A bit of a rough start with communication, but the condo was perfect for us! Great location, and well-stocked! All of us forgot shampoo, conditioner and lotion and this place had several small bottles to carry us through! Even a few spices, soy sauce and a musubi maker! Was a disaster of a trip with several injuries - but there was a first aid kit. Love that there was a pool, pickle ball court to ward off boredom when family we were visiting was busy. Really felt like a home away from home. Husband hated the noise of the washing machine, but I was happy there was one! Love hearing the coqui frogs at night too. And the view of the ocean was breathtaking. While our trip was not the best for many reasons, this abode made it bearable. Thank you! If we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

Just out of the hustle and bustle of Kona if that is not your thing. Very quiet residence. Great location for south of Kona attractions. Loved hearing the Coqui frogs every night.

We visited the week between Christmas and New Years. The condo was clean, with a strong odor of weed from the downstairs neighbor. This being a smoke free community had us in contact with the property manager who was quick to bring us some air fresheners. Communication with them was great. We had some trouble with the internet initially, but it was quickly resolved. Fans were provided for each room as this condo does not have AC. This wasnt an issue for us as it wasnt hot outside and we didnt spend much time there during the day. The complex was quiet and seemed safe. Beds and couches were clean and comfy. Overall, a good place to stay during a very busy week on the big island.
